I rarely write reviews like this, but my experience here was genuinely unacceptable. I didn’t realize the extent of the issues until the second day, but once I did, it was impossible to ignore.
* The Room & Bed: The bed was incredibly old and honestly disgusting. I’ve taken photos of the condition because it was that bad.
* The Noise Dispensary next door: If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. There is a dispensary next door, and the hotel parking lot was used as a hangout all night long. Between the people and car alarms going off constantly, it was impossible to get any rest.
* The Emergency Alarm: To make matters worse, an "emergency water" alarm went off on Saturday morning around 6am and just kept ringing. It woke up the entire floor and stayed on for hours period.
* There's no one on duty at night to solve issue
I am extremely disappointed. This was not a professional lodging environment, and I would not recommend staying here until they address their security, maintenance, and noise control issues.
