In tegenstelling tot de meeste reviews: goed te doen. Ik was er van zondag op maandag, inderdaad gehorig, maar verder schoon (op wat beestjes op de grond na), Het (jonge) personeel heeft gewoon nog wat training nodig voor een correcte klant afhandeling. Ik begrijp dat je hier niet een week met een gezinnetje gaat zitten, maar voor een goedkope overnachting vlak bij het vliegveld is het prima.

NIET BOEKEN!! Prostitutie,Daklozen,Junkies,Ghetto.
NIET BOEKEN..!!! NIET BOEKEN. Wat je op de fotos ziet klopt niks van. Het is ghetto prostituees, daklozen, junkies en dronken mensen zijn aanwezig. De kamer die we kregen nr240 deur was geprobeerd open te breken, binnen ppff waar moet ik beginnen stank van schimmel, pis, super muf. Het is er super onveilig. We hadden ingecheckt bij de baliemedewerkster met 2 gouden voortanden en binnen 45min uitgecheckt en een ander hotel genomen.. ik heb veel gezien maar dit sloeg echt alles. Heb hotels.com 4x benaderd en uitgelegd wat er aan de hand was NOG STEEDS NIKS VAN GEHOORD..!!!! Dus wacht nog steeds op resitutie en antwoord.. super slechte service..!!! Mensen boek deze accomodatie NIET..!!!!

This place is such a ripoff. Talk about complete catfish. The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. Our room smelled like mildew and pee. Walls were purple with white holes everywhere. Room had Dead Roaches, Dead bugs and was filthy. Bathroom sink hanging from wall. They tried to refuse our refund because we refused to stay there with kids. Do not book here!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE TO STAY NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. A red flag if it only has 2 pictures. Once we got there the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room has roaches very dirty moldy bathroom, and bath water runs yellow. The bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom door didn’t even close.

Front desk lady is Rude, false advertisement
Do not stay a this hotel. The conditions are horrible. False advertisement damn shame. The lady is hella rude. The room has roaches. The pillowcase, sheets and towels were dirty. I arrived and saw the room and wanted my money back and the lady said no. I checked out. I came ftom out of town and never again will I stay at this nasty ass hotel.

UNSAFE and FILTHY! They changed the name of this property as well (new owners perhaps). Front door locked at all times, security guard at door. Reception stands behind plexi-glass. Walking around, there are multiple points of entry from outside, so the security is nothing. Pictures NOWHERE close to actual. I travelled here with my 2 daughters. No way could we stay here safely. Spent an hour with Expedia who was researching my assertions and demands for refund. After one hour, they said they would need to call me back within 24 hours. Still waiting for that call. Horrible horrible, still expecting a refund. Expedia will lose customers over this.

This is terrible. It looks nothing like the pictures. I’m going to tough it out only because I dropped my wife and daughter off at sofi which is convenient. But I want my money back and they do not give refunds “under any circumstances”. Seriously, do not book this hotel.

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed the latch on the door was broken, and there were bugs all over the bathroom and floors. I strongly recommend spending the night somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we got a hotel room with a broken sliding door lock. We told 2 staff members at check in, but it was not fixed. It was unsafe etc. We took several room pics as proof of what we ended up with because the original room pics on internet were different from what we paid for on expedia. Sadly, We were given a hotel room that had 2 bunkbeds and 2 beds instead of 3 queen beds as we paid for on expedia. It was not like expedia pics and info that we paid for. No pool use either. It would be appreciated and necessary for hotel to update info on expedia and keep room safe, fixed, etc.

The place didn’t look like the pictures posted at ALL. I was also charged an extra $7 for breakfast and they didn’t have it at all and told us to call a different number about it. The room I stayed in had a room where it lead to a balcony but the door to the balcony didn’t lock. Overall would not come again and was not worth spending over $200 for it.

Wasn’t bad but I don’t think I could come back
The staff were friendly and helpful, but I was very suspicious for the higiene and the rest of the guests. It wasn’t dirty but definitely not as clean as I would like, the carpet was my nightmare as I suffer from allergies. The shower was weird because it always leaked. Around the area you can find food and transportation in bus. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend but it wasn’t a bad experience.

Needs a reality check
The photos are not reality! Front desk staff was ok, but wouldn’t let my travel companion check in without my credit card (even though I called and spoke w them about the situation ). This place is extremely rundown, all services were closed (pool, bar, restaurant), crack heads hanging out everywhere in front, and room was filthy dirty with only one trash can. My daughter found a hair on the stained towels, there was trash piled up under a chair, no couch (as room description suggests) and basically a dump. The sink in the bathroom was a trickle, shower has mold, fridge needed to be propped up so it would close and carpets were gross. The neighbor came back after 2am blasting music and woke us up and it felt like a youth hostel with sticker shock pricing. Never ever again will I not listen to the reviews and give a property a chance. $300 for a nasty experience.

The location isn’t so bad especially since it is an 11 minute walk to SoFi Stadium, Youtube Theater, the upcoming Intuit Dome and about 15-20 minute walk to The Forum. Most of the food options are a block west of the place and really start by La Brea Ave. the restaurant bar next to them is permanently closed, so don’t bother checking it out. Too noisy at night, my keycard malfunctioned quite a bit, the shower faucet got weird at times, if it came out of spigot it was (left to right) hot and cold but when turned the middle knob to turn a bath into a shower it would be cold to hot. Not a complaint but noting that housekeeping had random time and the staff doesn’t speak much but respond and work quick when it comes to issues, registration, etc

The pictures online ARE NOTHING like reality. This place is a dump! We walked into our room and right back out! We went and found a different hotel. I can't believe that Expedia would even advertise this place.

The whole place was totally totally disappointing the advertisements they have on this June on this adventure suites his old advertisements have been there since the old people that used to run it ran that place for over 30 40 years from the trade wind to the adventure I have history with that hotel the under construction with where Warehouse they never gave an option to anybody every guess that came in that day that was checking into a room came back to the office with complaints about the room I was forced my hand was forced for me to take that room at the time it's pouring down rain and I have two disabled grandkids that I have suction bags I have breathing machines I couldn't afford to go and drive around and look for another room and then may have if you know not knowing I might have bumped into the same situation so I called their nurse and the nurse was at another one of her duties and what she picked up my grandkids from that hotel very disappointed very very disappointed

The entire hotel looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia, parked behind a barbwire fence, puke in the driveway to front entrance, homeless out front, safety lock missing from our door, not one chair in room, green and black flakes in tub/shower, white towels were old, stained and those you'd used to wash a car, window coverings did not keep out the light, sick stopper missing, microwaves outside on a table, black metal fence around pool and not allowed to use it, in and outside of building very rundown, lamp on bedside table had no outlet to plug into, bathroom door didn't shut all the way. Expedia should have never listed this property and changed me $185 for a rundown room that we were afraid to sleep in.

The picture is NOTHING like the actual property. The front is dirty and disgusting, with homeless people and trash, and there were three police cars present when I arrived. There is no open area around the pool like the picture shows and no chaise lounges, etc. It is surrounded by buildings and an obnoxious wrought iron fence. The clerk sits behind bullet-proof glass and the lobby is filthy. I felt extremely unsafe and this was the middle of the afternoon. I was completely deceived by the photo and immediately cancelled my reservation! DO NOT STAY HERE!

We liked the look of the property and it appeared to offer what we wanted on the website, when we arrived we were disappointed with the condition of the rooms, they were not as described. We couldn't stay there with our toddler so we left and stayed somewhere else!

After a long day in LA we stayed here. Got up to take showers and this happened. The thing was stripped out and wouldn't stay on or turn the water valve on. Just falls off and won't stay on ether. Impossible to take a shower. Check out time is coming fast so we just changed our clothes and went to the lobby office. I tell Vic the manager about this and he says I can move you to another room so you guys can shower. Hello management. It's not answer. We were checking out. It was a one night stay. We needed to get back on the road this moving to another room would take more time we didn't have. Also they advertise a nice pool. They also advertise a restaurant and bar on site. Both pool and restaurant/bar are and have been closed for a very long time. We only came there for those items and the distance from the SoFi stadium. I told him for all these reasons we deserve a discount or refund or something. He flat out said no and that was all. Not even the word sorry or kindness. What a horrible place. Would never go or recommend this place. DO NOT GO HERE.

One selling point for me was the bar and restaurant advertised in the pictures. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed along with the pool also. It wouldve been nice to have a few beers and snacks before the football game a sofi stadium. With out the amenities i feel i overpayed for this hotel. Service wasnt terrible but it certainly wasnt great either. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable. Next time i go see a game at sofi stadium ill be looking for a different hotel.

...vielleicht solltet ihr mal hin und wieder kontrollieren was ihr anbietet...ich hab jetzt nichts besonderes erwartet, aber da passte ja gar nichts...die Bar existiert nicht mehr, der Pool dreckig und gesperrt,Kaffee und Donuts Fehlanzeige...definitiv nicht zu empfehlen...lasst euch mal ne kleine Wiedergutmachung einfallen
