First of all, the communication with Ala was great. Second, the house was/is perfectly equipped with everything you could want or need. The beds are cozy and everything is within walking distance. Lastly, I would stay here again and again. AND I’d highly recommend this place to family and friends.

There is only one word that could describe our week long stay and that is house- PERFECTION. My husband and I cherished the week we spent with our 3 grown children and their significant others (one couple lives in MB and did not stay at the house but having two parking spots made it so easy for them to come to the house).The house's well appointed kitchen made cooking hassle free as sitting together around a dinner table is what I cherish. Gorgeous amenities- bathrooms, beds, and furniture all lovely. The view and outdoor firepit area can't be beat. Walk to the beach and town gave everyone freedom to explore. Ala was wonderful as well. We didn't have many questions or need much but Ala was quick to reply when we did. Knowing he was available set my mind at ease.If you rent this house you won't regret it. We have used VRBO all over the world and this is now at the top of our "return to" list

This is our second time staying at the property (so of course we like it). It has everything going for it — fabulous location — a couple blocks from the beach/strand and easy walking distance to pier, restaurants, and shops; updated and attractive; ocean views; nicely decorated; beautiful top floor whether you are cooking a family meal, dining, watching a family movie, or sitting on the terrace with drinks around the fire pit and watching the sunset over the ocean; nice bedrooms with privacy; parking for three cars; and quiet location. We are regular visitors to the MB area and we just really think this is a great property. Also, Ala the host is terrific. Super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Beautiful property with beautiful view. love how the balcony sticks-out allowing more expansive views as we all hung out and enjoy our time together. There are surfboards, boogie boards and bikes. The amenities were high end, BBQ, toaster/air fryer, Viking stove and oven. Definitely would come back! Thank you Ala for your quick responses and for the wine and bottled waters.

My family and I just returned from an amazing 6 days at this fabulous home. This is our 3rd time renting in Manhattan Beach and, by far, the best home we have stayed at, to date, for a myriad of reasons. Family Size: 4 Adults and Two Children - ages 2 and 4. We also have a lot of family in the area that visited for dinner or to join us at the beach. There was enough space to accommodate all. Overall Synopsis: The home is amazingly equipped and stocked with everything you could need or want. All the amenities were amazing, with ample amounts of towels, shampoo, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with anything and everything we needed, and the layout for both cooking and hanging out was superb. Ala, the host, was fantastic. So very responsive and helpful from our questions leading up to check in, to check in and check out. The response time to any questions we had was immediate. As a family visiting, and potentially needing something fast, having an amazing host who is truly there to help is something incredibly valuable to a stay. The deck and main living area / kitchen was the focal point of our stay, where we spent many an hour playing, entertaining and in the evening, enjoying the Ocean View. The full retracting doors to the deck / inside were amazing and something we really enjoyed, giving a true feeling of indoor / outdoor living. Important: House is well stocked with beach toys and equipment. MUST VISIT: Local Yolk for Breakfast - 10 min walk from house!!!

My family has stayed in many rentals across the US and this is by far our favorite. Everything is seamless. There is nothing the house doesn’t provide - including coffee and a welcome bottle of wine. We were able to have an incredible beach day with all the provided supplies. The bed was so comfortable I had to take a picture of the bedding tags so I could order them for my own house when I get home. The house is spotless. We didn’t cook but they had all the supplies to cook fabulous meals. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and stores. Close to the airport. It doesn’t get better than this!

The property, location, views, amenities and communication with the owner were all spectacular! The house and kitchen were extremely well stocked, the online description was completely accurate. It was great to have use of all the beach gear you would ever need. Garage parking was great! Furniture and beds were fabulous! Owner went above and beyond to be accommodating. We had a great time. This house has everything you could need. The home has beautiful views of the ocean and is in a great location of Manhattan Beach. The owner, Ala was so easy to work with and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. I planned this trip months in advance for my daughter’s 18th birthday. He explained all about LA from shopping, to dinners, to what to see.. etc. It was a great experience and wish we could have stayed longer. I would most definitely rent this house again.

This home was just as described online! The living space was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive especially as it relates to having equipment for a 15-month old baby - there was a baby gate, high chair and crib available and all set up when we got there. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which was great since we like to make some meals when we travel with the family. A great view and easy access to the beach made it perfect for our needs as well. I would highly recommend this property!

We were visiting for our elder daughter's graduation from USC. We could not have picked a better property for the week! True home from home comforts in an amazing location! The description was absolutely accurate and the property immaculate! We loved the layout and amenities of the property, especially the outdoor fireplace! The location is incredible (we so loved walking along the beach front to the restaurants) and the immediate area beautiful. Any questions we had for suggestions/recommendations were promptly answered by the landlord who was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at the house. It had everything you could imagine. Ala was extremely communicative and left a bottle of red wine and macarons for us to enjoy. We never felt like there was anything missing or lacking. Great location, one block from the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the deck and listening to the waves at night. Walking distance to the strand with tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We would definitely book another stay at the house.

The property is exactly as advertised and has wonderful living space and ocean views. The property is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. The host greeted us and gave us a very helpful tour of the property and showed us how to operate various items. It was all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this property. All the stars for this property and for Ala! Perfect location on a quiet street but close to everything. Never used the car, walked to restaurants, groceries, shopping, the beach and the strand! Property is very well equipped from beach gear and bikes to spices in the kitchen. Great for relaxing. Soaked in the bathtub and used the yoga mat for yoga and meditation. Comfortable living area that opens to a wonderful outdoor space with fire pit and great ocean views! Ala was so friendly and available to answer questions and help with anything. Hope to stay again soon!!
