Real Modern Paradise
Our family enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean from every room in the house including the jacuzzi. The house included all the luxurious modern amenities a person could ask for. In the evening we loved telling stories around the outdoor fireplace while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach and staring at the stars. The owner of the house was always available and treated us like family to ensure we had a memorable & comfortable stay.

Breathtaking View/Literally on the Ocean
We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals on the beach and with ocean views. This is a next level ocean view experience. There are full glass walls that let you literally feel like you are on the ocean. At high tide you are like in a virtual reality goggles sitting on top of the ocean. The master bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms are full glass that offer an amazing experience. You haven’t lived until you open sliding doors when you wake up and relax as the sound of the ocean fills the room. The house has was well stocked and the host was generous with drinks and snacks waiting on us. Our kids especially loved hanging out in the basement room and it also gave the adults a little extra quiet time letting them watch tv and hang out. The host was responsive and very active communicating. I’d you want to stay on Malibu Beach and be literally on the ocean do yourself a favor and stay here.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and my birthday. Home was clean and had outstanding views. The sunset and Sunrise were like no other. Great location for getting around town. Christmas Vacation 2023
All the five star reviews of this place are spot on. Exceptional property and an amazing host! Jeff was very flexible on our check in and even came by to show us around the home, which is something we have never had a host on VRBO do for us. Jeff wanted to make sure we were comfortable first and foremost and offered to come by for anything we might need during our stay. Now for the house…it is pretty perfect! The ocean is your backyard and there are no obstructed views. Everything is done in high end finishes and decor as well as the technology. No detail is missed. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed even snacks and drinks! For our family, the trip is the gift each year at Christmas and we will certainly have a very tough time trying to top this one! Highly recommend checking this one out!

Really enjoyed spending my birthday at the property. There were beautiful views. There were some issues with check-in at the beginning but Jeffrey made an effort to do everything possible so that we would enjoy our stay. There was plenty of space for my friends and I. I will say one of the drawbacks was that the fire pit did not work. Additionally, I don't think the cleaners had come before the previous stay. I found a few stray hairs on our sheets.

Nicole, as I mentioned to you upon your arrival, I had a major emergency that day and did everything possible to make sure the house was in perfect condition for you. If a guest gives anything less than 5 stars to me and my home, I consider it a failure on my part. Please reach out to me directly and I will gladly offer you a free weekend to make up for any frustration you experienced. Unfortunately, with the insane rains this winter, the gas line has failed to the outdoor fire pit. It is a very difficult process to run a new gas line under the house and it will take some time to get it working properly. I can assure you we have several sets of sheets and they are always washed after each use. I will be working with my cleaning crew to make sure the dryer lint is cleaned out properly. It is the only explanation I could possibly comprehend to your issue.

Great oceanfront view
Loved our relaxing stay here. Jeffrey was available for anything we needed. Snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. Oceanfront views, dolphins sightings are hard to beat. Rocky beachfront makes it harder to walk clamber outside but we were content to be indoors with the outstanding views. The master bedroom with 180 degrees of oceanfront views and sounds from your bed was the best thing in the world to wake up to.

Once in a Lifetime Experience
We stayed at this house for a family reunion and everyone truly appreciated the splendor of this property. The bedrooms were spacious and the custom mattresses were fabulous. The owner, Jeff, had done a meticulous job thinking about the kitchen provisions. There were tons of snacks and chilled sodas waiting for us on arrival and there was an impressive array of stocked condiments. The views were spectacular–we had great views of the beach from Point Dume in the north to the Santa Monica pier to the south. Jeff was very available if we needed anything. This was a magnificently appointed property. We made full use of the hot tub, the outdoor grill, and the beach, which was immediately accessible from the back door. It was a truly amazing experience.

Beautiful home on a great beach. Owner was amazing with communicating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and even stocked the house with some special treats for the kids. We were two families and it was really nice to have the two master bedrooms so both couples had a great room with a beautiful view - we’ve rented all over Malibu and it’s rare to find that. Also loved the hot tub on the deck - the kids loved it. Really fantastic property all around.

Great ocean views in Malibu
We stayed at this house for our daughter's graduation from LMU and had a wonderful time! Jeff is super attentive and I appreciated him meeting us at the house and showing us where everything was and how things worked. The house is well stocked with nice linens and towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. Beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and we saw dolphin most mornings. Jeff gave us a recommendation for a personal chef who came and prepared a feast while we enjoyed the ocean views! All in all a wonderful place to stay!

The house was in a great location. It was very clean. We loved sitting out and watching the dolphins. Hearing the ocean even with the doors closed was an added bonus. Jeff has created an absolutely amazing sanctuary in Malibu. Unreal views, beautiful furnishings and linens, fully stocked drink and snack drawers and every need carefully thought through and accommodated. Just as advertised and hoped for
We recently (sadly) left our Malibu over-water bungalow. The views and sound of the surf caused us to stay-in more than we planned. For what restaurant could offer a better view and feel. Loved the heaters above the outdoor dining table so the cool eve was not a prob. The view from bed made it very difficult to get up! Owner Jeff is an absolute pleasure as he was always responsive and also a good guy. Never stayed at a VRBO which was stocked with drinks and snacks. Such a nice touch!

Fabulous beach rental!
This place is everything it promises and more! The modern stunning clean house with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere made us feel like we were in the middle of the ocean. You can hear the waves while sleeping. At low tide we did a nice long beach walk right off out the back stairs. For better beaching there is a spot just down the street. Sometimes we just stayed home staring at the ocean counting dolphins. We were two families each with two kids age two and under and there was plenty of space for all of us (without using the separate room with twin beds). Jeff the host could not have been more accommodating. He left plenty of snacks and drinks and even got knew plates/cups/cutlery for the kids. I definitely recommend and hope we'll be back!

Amazing house by the sea.
The experience of renting this wonderful house along the ocean shore was top notch beginning to end. Jeff, the host, was responsive from beginning to end. He greeted us at the house and showed us around. Everything was so well furnished , extremy comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen. There were six of us including our two daughters and their boyfriends in their mid 20’s. We had such a fun time and look forward to coming again.

Surrounded by the surf
The house is right over the breaking surf, and almost every room makes you feel part of the ocean. The lower deck has an overhang that makes you feel like you are on a boat. The heat lamps in the outdoor dining area were really effective and we had lovely dinners there. We saw dolphins most days, and seals a few times. The house is fully stocked and there is huge attention to detail. We did a lot of boogie boarding from about 50 yards down. The beach right in front of house has a lot of smooth big rocks to clamber over. It is hard to use the backyard beach near high tide so we planned our beach time accordingly. At high tide you can walk or drive up PCH to a bigger beach. We were scared at first to walk down PCH but we learned to stay between parked cars and houses and to wait for breaks in traffic in the narrow parts, which come every few minutes. We walked to the local seafood joint for several meals, which never had a line and had plenty of outdoor seating. There was a pedestrian underpass there making it easier to cross PCH.

Nice house in a great location
The house is right on the ocean with amazing views, and convenient to Malibu and Santa Monica. It is a great place to spend a week - the only downside was that the beach in front of the house was not really usable as it was rocky and high tides come all the way up to the house.

Gorgeous House in Malibu
Beautiful house and an amazing view of the ocean. Had a great family vacation with my husband and 4 children ages 6-17. The views from the kitchen/living room and the bedrooms were incredible with the floor to ceiling glass windows. Loved the hot tub and even had a dolphin sighting in the water. The place was spotless and Jeffrey was always readily available if we needed anything - which we really didn't cause the house had everything.

This is a beautiful property with everything provided for a wonderful stay. The sound of the ocean cannot be beat and the dolphins pass right past your window every day! Jeffrey is a great host who wants your stay to be exceptional. If there is anything you need, just let him know and it will be provided. The house has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools and Jeffrey even provides snacks and beverages. The bedrooms are comfortable with extra blankets and beautiful updated bathrooms. The hot tub is amazing and is a great place to relax while watching the waves. This is a beautiful property and we are so lucky that Jeffrey shares his property with others.

Rare property that shows better in person than even the spectacular pics in listing. Mind blowing views. Borders a rocky beach with rude pools that is fun to explore with flat sandy heach just a few doors down. Incredible fire pit, well maintained hot tub, and cushioned sun deck sitting over the breaking waves. Amazing amenities/attention such as built in heaters over outdoor dining table and ample bath/washroom/kitchen products so no need to bring anything. Worth every penny plus some

Great experience for our family. Wonderful property and location, and responsive owner. The house was outfitted with everything we needed including some important supplies. Very well appointed . More like going to your friend’s nice home than a rental. Great beach for long walks at low tied. Great heat lamps on the terrace for perfect sunsets. The views are amazing but a good idea to bring eye masks and ear plugs as there are no blinds and there is a little noise from PCH. Definitely worth renting.

Amazing in every way
We had a fantastic time at this property in Malibu. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, modern, and there are tons of different spaces for everyone to have their own area to be by yourself when you feel like it. This house was exactly 8.1 miles from where we live in Venice, but it truly felt like we were in a different world. We were having some work done on our home that required us to be out of the house for a few days and we found this house on VRBO and we were attracted by all the positive reviews. The house lived up to our expectations in every way. We will definitely go back and I would encourage my fellow Angelenos on this era when air travel is difficult to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. Having stayed at other short term vacation rentals in the past, this place was tops: (1). Excellent communication from owner. He responds instantly to any and all messages before, during, and after your stay. (2). Breathtakingly close to the ocean. At times when we were in the hot tub during high tide, the Pacific Ocean was beneath us! (3). Two master suites. Two bedrooms for kids. We traveled with our small family and our neighbor’s small family. We had a late teen and kids in early 20’s with us. The space couldn’t have been better for our purposes, especially traveling with two small families. The two master suites (and all bedrooms has their own en suite bathrooms) was awesome!!! As stated above, everyone had their own space. Or we could all be together. (4). Easy access to the beach / swimming. There is a swimmable portion of the beach 4 houses (30 second walk) north of the house. Immediately in front of the house is a reef. so please, no headfirst diving. Idyll are a snorkel or scuba diver, you would love the portion immediately in front of the house. In fact, there were divers out nearly every night in front of the house diving for spiny lobster. (5). Sunsets: there are amazing over water sunsets every night. (6). House well appointed with highest quality furnishings and sheets/towels. You definitely get what you pay for here. Everything is high quality / designer furniture. (7). Ample parking. (8). Close to Downtown Malibu and Downtown Santa Monica. I could get to my house in Venice in about 15 minutes. (9). Extremely private. There is no real access to the beach unless you live there. I’m out of space. Trust me just go!

Oceanfront Bliss
Stunning, beautifully-decorated and clean home with all the creature comforts (from plush towels to heat lamps over outdoor dining table) and top-of-the-line appliances. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor lounging area on the edge of the deck is unique and fun. Loved exploring the marine-life-rich tide pools at the base of the house. Located on a busy road but the upside is easy access to the rest of Los Angeles. House well-stocked. Extremely accommodating and generous host who welcomed us with refreshments.

Perfect beach getaway
We were looking for a spot that would be a little beach escape for the kids which was stress free and had all the comforts needed for the family. Jeff's place had it all and more, easy access to a really private beach, super functional living spaces and a spot on entertainment system with board games galore. Perfect for a single family or doubling up, tons of room for all!

Fabulous! Modern Gem ON the Ocean
This stunning unit is a modern, pristine glass jewel box, actually located ON the water. At low tide there is a beach for walking & swimming, while high tide pounds directly against the seawall. Jeff, the owner/host is a true professional: immediately responsive the inquiries and willing to do whatever is necessary to make your stay perfect. Even simple things like snacks/drinks/detergent/etc - all are there upon your arrival. The property itself is well located, almost exactly equidistant between the Malibu and Santa Monica piers. There are two “master” suites and 2 additional rooms, making it a perfect share for 2 families of 4. We will definitely return!
