The kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing light meals and snacks, while the clean, functional bathroom provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy relaxing evenings with the in-unit TV, and take advantage of convenient building amenities such as an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a smooth and worry-free experience.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Located at 1825 N Cahuenga Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, this unit places you in the bustling epicenter of Hollywood. Enjoy a one-minute stroll to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Dolby Theater, where the Oscars are held. You’re also just a short drive from Universal Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, and Runyon Canyon for hiking. Explore the vibrant dining and nightlife scene, with trendy restaurants and bars just steps away.



Getting Around:

This prime location makes it easy to navigate Hollywood and beyond. Many attractions are within walking distance, while nearby public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, provide convenient access to the rest of Los Angeles. For drivers, parking is conveniently available in two nearby lots on Hollywood Blvd and Cahuenga Blvd for $20/night. Rideshare services are also readily available, ensuring you can explore LA with ease.

SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.

**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.

**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

**Move in after 4 pm.

**Move out by 11 am.

**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
