This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.
I paid for late checkout, yet hotel staff entered my room twice to kick us out, claiming checkout had passed. They had completely forgotten that late checkout was approved and paid for, which was disruptive, stressful, and unprofessional. There was no apology—just confusion and attitude.
On top of that, I was incorrectly charged for overnight parking for a vehicle that was not mine. My folio clearly shows two different vehicle numbers, yet I was charged for the wrong one. When I raised this issue, I spoke with a staff member named Adrian, who was rude and dismissive, insisting there was an “investigation” and that the charge was mine—despite the invoice itself proving otherwise.

the entire stay was a mess. For a hotel that brands itself as upscale, the service and organization were completely unacceptable.
I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others to review their folio line by line before leaving this property.
