  • Juniper House is een luxe 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers enkel verhaal schuilplaats, gevonden ligt in de heuvels en is prachtig ingericht. Onlangs gerenoveerd, het huis bevat veel luxe, maar toch huiselijke afwerkingen waaronder slager blok keuken aanrechtbladen, een diepe bad voor het weken, gas open haard, kabel-tv, draadloos internet, toegang tot Netflix direct films kijken en Hulu en front-load wasmachine en wasdroger. De master bedroom heeft een eigen badkamer met inloopdouche. Geniet van het maken van uw maaltijden in de bijgewerkte keuken of buiten op het grote terras met gas-BBQ.

    Juniper House is gelegen in een rustige familie buurt op slechts enkele minuten naar de oude binnenstad van Pasadena en in Los Angeles op minder dan 20 minuten. Het huis heeft een grote prive patio met ruime zitplaatsen en prachtige begroeiing. Perfect voor een weekendje weg of een verlengd verblijf in om dierbaren te bezoeken!

This is a comfortable and well-stocked place. Twisty drive up but lovely neighborhood for walking and pretty views. We enjoyed the patio. Would happily stay here again!

Family visit !

Visited adult son in LA and along with adult daughter had a wonderful visit. Dinners in worked out well as it was an equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill also was nice to have. Great hiking nearby and overall was everything we wanted.

Loved this place

Remote as we wanted to be. This home was a great location for a couples getaway. We used this location, with a car, to travel to CA to attend a football game at UCLA. We definitely would stay at the property again. Go Hoosiers!

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

My parents and I were in Altadena for a wedding and stayed at this lovely little home. The host left some goodies for us upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Truly enjoyed our stay here

This was the perfect stay for us as we were visiting family in the Los Angeles area as well as visiting Disneyland, Universal Studios, and downtown LA. The place is clean and comfortable and the description and photos in the listing are pretty accurate. Check-in/check-out was easy, we encountered zero issues, and communication with the property manager was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and peaceful but close Cal Tech

The property is small but very well done and everything you need is there including a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. My wife and I were there for the week as our 17-year-old attended a tech camp at Cal Tech. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and close to hiking options. I would highly recommend staying here.

Inside the property was nice and clean all the stuff was well organized and clean. I feel like the outside just needs to be cleaned a little more because there were a lot of spiderwebs. Overall it was a nice place to stay and beautiful.

Excellent place for Rose Bowl

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House was perfect for two couples and a great location to the Rose Bowl. Had one issue and contacted the property manager and was resolved immediately! Would definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful place

This property in Altadena was perfect for when my friends were in town for a visit. Located at the top of a winding road in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, it conveniently has two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. It'll be a bit of a drive to get wherever you're want to go but that's true everywhere in Los Angeles! As a local Angelino, this is exactly the kind of home I'd want any of my visitors from out of town to stay in.

A Great Getaway

My wife and I immediately loved the property. Compact, but not tight, it had everything we could have wanted, from the inviting living space and patio, to the well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Our only regret was that we didn’t have a few more days to spend in this great property and attractive neighborhood!

Great location

Up the hill from Pasadena, this property was perfect for two adult couples. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped, beds were super comfy and the backyard/patio was great to hang out and bird watch. We had the pleasure of being awakened by a flock (?) of parrots - seriously wonderful - and enjoyed a daily visit from Sally the neighborhood cat.‘can’t wait to return!!

A great mid century condo with outdoor space. Fit 3 to 4 adults well. We used the BBQ and oven. All worked well. Only wish there was a string of outdoor lights on the patio so we could have eaten outside after sunset.

The master bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with just about every utensil that you would need to make very good meals. There is a mom and pop grocery store about seven minutes away and Pasadena is very close if you want fine dining. Our stay was in December, and the gas fireplace was wonderful as we had cool temperatures and rain.

Older neighborhood, quiet

The property is showing its age, some exterior dry rot. There is a leak from some pipe under kitchen sink. Need upgraded hairdryer in master bath. But a quiet, pleasant neighborhood (other than a fire in carport across the street during the night with 5 fire trucks responding). Grocery stores and finer restaurants are some distance away. Surrounding hills/mountains are quite lovely.
