Relaxing
My husband and I were looking to just get away and relax. Olivia’s place was the perfect spot for that. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The patio overlooking the ocean was amazing. Olivia was super sweet and helpful. Had a great time. Thanks Olivia!

Perfect in every way!
We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was seamless, the rental was light and airy with amazing views. This is a great place to relax with a beautiful garden. We did not use the pool and hot tub but they looked lovely. We liked the peacefulness and location. Olivia is a great host and very helpful. We will be back!!

Very pleasant stay overlooking the ocean
We had a great stay in this Malibu apartment that sits on a beautiful property. My family came directly from the airport (about 45 mins) at night and the check-in process was super easy. The owner lives in a separate house onsite, but was nothing but helpful when we needed it, and otherwise invisible. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the views were beautiful, and the pool/hot tub were fun additions. Thanks for a wonderful two night stay.

No complaints! The hvac system started leaking into the living area and was sounding louder than normal, so we let the owner know right away. Didn’t put any kind of damper on our stay though, as it was cool enough to leave it off.

Phenomenal views both inside and out. Very clean and spacious. It is close to everything- beach, restaurants, grocery but just enjoying the beautiful secure grounds is a treat. Olivia has thought of everything you may need and was readily available for any recommendations. Will stay here again next time we are passing through.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Larger, better equipped, nicer views, and views from every room. It’s just of PCH so maybe but nosier than I expected but I enjoyed being so close to the ocean. It was a total “wow” for me.

It was my husband and I. We stayed for six days and will definitely return. Property was exactly as described and beautiful. The welcome basket and robes were a plus and well received.The beach is directly across the street and we would walk in the morning and evening on the beach. Great grocery store down the road and easy to get around on the highways.

Excellent accommodations
We alternated days between the beach and outings to family attractions. The home location was great with the beach minutes away and even Disney was an easy 75 minute drive. Olivia and Tom were very friendly and their home is beautiful with a nice swimming pool and gardens all around. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the LA area.

Cozy Malibu Gem
My husband and I stayed at this property in early May. Check in process was very easy with no issues. The property was the perfect size for my husband and I, as it was not too small or too big. The grounds of this property are beautiful with many flowers and greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning and the location of the property was perfect for us. When we arrived at the property the owner had provided us with a welcome basket filled with a bottle of wine, some beer and water, already chilled, which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our time at this lovely property and would definitely return.

This was the best guest house we have ever stayed in when visiting Pepperdine. . Inside is very comfortable. And the property is amazing. Her garden is lovely in the Spring. We loved the hot tub! We hope to go back some day.

Malibu Sister Trip
I was so fortunate to find this gem in Malibu for a 2-night getaway trip with my two sisters. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Gorgeous views overlooking the Pacific, beautiful gardens and even a welcome basket with wine, beer, and waters... plus toiletries in the bathroom. Phenomenal location
My 17 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this beautiful guest apartment. It was so clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and the view was gorgeous. The gardens were lovely and i enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. We used the spa which heated up nicely but the pool was too cold for us. We explored several area beaches and ate at Malibu Farms which was delicious. Thanks to the owner/manager for providing an affordable beautiful safe place to stay.

This place was lovely. I just wished it wasn't raining so much of the time. Beautiful ciews and a beautiful property. The extra touches like bottle of wine and waters were awesome!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in the Bu. My first vrbo stay...can't recommend it enough. Cheaper than a hotel and you get so much more.

Pacific Coast Highway Paradise
My wife and I loved the place so much we did not want to leave. The hot tub was a dream, the gardens were beautiful. We had the best nights sleep and delicious breakfasts with fresh picked grapefruit on the porch watching dolphins swimming in the ocean and surfers catching waves. Best of all is being able to see the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The property was also amazingly well equipped with Spanish olive oil, wine, beer, and coffee.

You cannot beat this view!
This was the perfect place for the two us to work in warmth and sunshine. Everything you need for the week is tucked into this thoughtful rental. It was too cold for the pool but we loved the hot tub and fireplace. Olivia left a thoughtful basket of goodies and the kitchen is really well stocked. Sunrise and sunset were awe-inspiring along with the sounds of the waves. We will be back!!

Fabulous ocean view in Malibu
It has everything you could need, and is a short drive to the beach. Great stay in a comfortable and quiet and safe space. Note: as it is on the Pacific Coast Hwy, there is road noise. You are however also close enough to the ocean to hear it!!! Highly recommend this great place!

Astounding. Our new Malibu getaway.
Probably one of the best experiences I've had at any property. Excellent accommodations, superb host, and perfect location and view. You cannot go wrong. Keep in mind, however, that if you're not familiar with the Malibu area it might seem pretty far from the touristy stuff. It's also not ideal for walkability or transit. But if you're renting a car and you don't mind one of the most iconic drives and views on the planet, this is the place for you. As long as this wonderful place is available, and as long as they'll have us, we will be back. Thanks so much again.

Paradise!
This VRBO across from Broad beach in Malibu was easily the most comfortable and most beautiful of those we’ve stayed in. We enjoyed dinners on the patio, walks on the beach, pool time, and I especially loved the gardens and landscaping. We loved every thing about it. Five Stars! Can’t wait to come back!
