no airport shuttle was available despite it showing it is on the website. wait staff forced me to get another reservation made for me even though i had another reserved in MY name but they needed the same payment method that was used online for only a specific website. If i used expedia with the same card as i used on their own website then i could continue with the reservation. Makes no sense. ALSO THEY REQUIRE A $200 deposit at the front desk. I was only there for a few hours in between flights and ended up spending a total of $116 for first resrevation(likely won't refund me based on the service so far) $124 for second reservation and a $200 deposit. this made my layover experience very inconvenient and unpleasant.

Everything was great wish we would’ve moved rooms the first night we were there due to the strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room. But we were able to switch rooms as soon as we let the staff know that we couldn’t handle the smell. We will be keeping this place as a go to on our next visit though.

Close to airport, highways, Randy’s Donuts and an In and Out Burger. Staff were a great help, especially since our plane was delayed and we had to check in at 4am! Its an older hotel, but it is well located and has everything that you need.

The night managers were very polite and helpful as well as day ones. The breakfast attendent was very efficient in keeping everything stocked-Daily. Glad to have two notepads and two pens. Love the decor and the furniture and the two t vs in the room were amazing. *** The bathroom sink water was cold to warm.,However they sent someone to check on it.* The lotion dispenser next to the sink was dirty and could have been wiped off.* Ice bucket was dirty could have been wiped off. How I know I wipe them off is a little gross.

Upon walking into our rooms the mirrors were dirty which is a sign that other things are. The second day , they were renovating the room next to us - hammering on the walls for about 4 hours straight. Why would they put us next to a room they were renovating?? This went on for 2 days. We called to ask if they could do anything and they didn’t try yo accommodate us in anyway. On top of that , the first day I asked for more towels and almost had to get in an argument with the housekeeper over towels- when there wasn’t enough in our room to accommodate the four people in the room to begin with. I will NEVER stay here again!!The only pleasant thing about this hotel was the young lady up front - I believe her name was Alice, Allison , or Alicia.

Poor would not recommend because low quality paper plates plastic fork. Very limited breakfast choices. Carpet in room had chewing gum. Showeŕ took long time to dŕain away. Did not feel safe àt times.

Great place to stay near the airport and local attractions . We stayed two nights. Full delicious breakfast with eggs and sausage and nice staff cleaning and refilling constantly. Polite front desk manager. Walking at night might be ill-advised. We walked from rental car company early evening and felt anxious to get to hotel before dark. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again because all that matters was a clean place with good sleeping, showering and breakfast facilities!

ANNOYING BIRDS PECKING ON THE WINDOW
I truly like staying here at Quality Inn. The only problem I have and I have reported it several times. I am staying in room 301 which faces Century Blvd and there is a tall Palm tree up against the building and right next to one of my windows. Every freaking morning and day BLACK CROW BIRDS are hanging on a branch and pecking on the window and chirping, which is very annoying and wakes me up everyday!!!! I was told the gardener would handle it, then that he couldn't. Management calls out a tree trimming service twice a year, and haven't been told if this annoying problem will be rectified any time soon.
