KEYS
Please put ALL keys back into the lockbox upon checkout to avoid incurring missing key fees! If keys are missing, there will be a charge of $300 to replace them.

CLEANING & SANITATION
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Rest assured, we implement a thorough cleaning procedure after each checkout.

PET-FRIENDLY
Small to medium-sized pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $149 per pet.

NO SMOKING INDOORS
Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $1000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
We kindly request that you treat our space with care to maintain its pristine condition. A party fine of $500 will be enforced for any unauthorized events or parties.
