Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Firstly this is not a 5 Star Glamour Hotel. However it is a smaller independent hotel within reasonable walking distance of Hollywood/Vine Metro and the Hollywood Palladium - both of which were very important for my needs.
It was accessible from LAX by public transport plus a 10 minutes walk and on a busy Thursday evening I was at my hotel nearly 2 hours before my friends who had a chauffer driven limo arranged.
All of the staff that I dealt with were excellent, responsive and very willing to help where necessary.
My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower worked well. I have stayed in far more pretentious upmarket hotels over the years that just did come up to the customer service culture or downright friendliness of this place.
The view from the room wasn't great but I came to sleep, not look out the window.
My biggest recommendation would be that if I came back I would certainly look at this place first and I would probably also try to treat myself to one of the full kitchenette apartment rooms instead of the perfectly serviceable standard rooms that I had this time.
Having a fridge was great, the room had aircon/heating.
