need more outlet
Kinds like typical motel structure, but not bad. Things looks old, but not messy, keep it well-organized. Only thing I should complain is to not outlet and USB port close to the bed side.

The staff was so very nice and helpful! I’m not sure about the reviews mentioning safety, it’s located in a very safe area, close to a Whole Foods. This is probably one of the cleanest most well maintained places I have ever stayed. Sure it’s older but who cares- it’s clean, quiet and you sleep there. Totally will stay there again!

Very very very dirty!!!! Room smell udorable!!!! It is not possible to breathe, panting!!! All night was music and noises in other rooms. All night was alarms cars. Not secured parking!!! Good is only nice personnel.

We're so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We wish you had come to the office once you accessed your room and found it dirty and the scent bothered you. We would have been more than happy to sort everything out to make your stay with us better. Our front desk is open 24/7 to solve any issues you may have had such as noisy guests. Had we known it was happening we would have had them turn down the volume. Our parking lot is under surveillance 24/7 as well. The car alarms that went off were in the surrounding area, off our property. Sadly do to the shape and location of the property sometimes the sounds bounce around in our back parking lot as well as the open inside portion.

We're so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I recall that you wanted a non-smoking room. Though, through Expedia, you were given a smoking room. Sadly that night we were sold out and couldn't swap you into a different room. We hope you give us another chance so that we may make it up to you with a room suited to your preferences.

Woodland Hills Motel
Good location on Ventura Ave. Convenient to Restaurants and Market. Quiet property,friendly desk. Coffee and muffins in the office. Bed was ok. The only reason why I won't return is the place had no elevator and I stayed on the 2nd floor.

This is a fine but inexpensive place for a stay in the valley. A little noisy, but comfortable with few amenities.

Its gut level. Clean and nice staff. Only two plugs, one in bathroom and near tv. Homeless hanging out drinking and smoking in stairwells. But staff took care of it. Older hotel and it shows. So if just business, good place to stay.

Our telephones next to bed also have usb ports to charge phones and some rooms already have ports in the lamps.We also have an extra usb plug ports if needed at the front desk. If you could privately message me your room number , I will gladly take a look at the bed. Continental breakfast , we do try our best which includes delivering the best value in our area. A good Knight's sleep!
The office staff and housekeepers were very accommodating. We slept better on our bed than we do at home.Even though fronting a major street in a crowded city, the room was remarkably quiet. We will definitely be staying there again!

No frills but convenient & clean
Place is a B- : Simple, clean, no frills. Room was already paid for but at check-in, he ran my credit card for “incidentals” (????) - there is nothing in this room outside of a tiny refrigerator & a microwave. Right on a major (loud/busy) thoroughfare but my bad for not paying closer attention when I booked it. On the plus side, it’s in the middle of everything (mall, restaurants, stores) which was super convenient.
