'This hotel was even better than I expected. The attentiveness, care, efficiency, and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. The pictures, on the site don’t do as much justice as they should for the quality of the hotel. The hotel does have parts that are under construction, but this did not hinder or disrupt the stay. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, convenient, secure, and comfortable space to stay in Santiago, I highly recommend.'

'Everything is bad'

'The breakfast menu was awful and mid. Only had two options. The toilet kept breaking and the hotel was doing construction on the floor i was staying at. Good to sleep at but don’t expect nothing special'

'If you love nature and do not mind Eco-friendly settings, this is your place. The staff was courageous and friendly. The food is amazing!'

'lack of elevators was the only downside to the resort if you have walking issues, otherwise food was excellent, and so were the staff. Entertainment fantastic, so much better than at Punta Cana. Will certainly revisit. Desk manager Sofia extremely accomodating, housekeeper Mercedes wonderful.'

'Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself was very modern. Rooms were perfect. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!'
