aangenaam verblijf tijdens het laagseizoen (decem)
Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wandeltochten en dicht tegen de luchthaven (tijdens laagseizoen valt het aantal overvliegende vliegtuigen best mee) en de hoofdstad. Op wandelafstand zijn er enkele 'zandstranden', maar het zwembad bij Los Rosales is ook een prima alternatief.

Oke prijskwaliteit maar geen topper
De gastvrijheid van het personeel viel wat tegen; bij aankomst moisten we 45 min wachten voordat er uberhaupt iemand bij de receptive was. Verder is het warme water van de douche heel snel op waardoor je er vroeg bij moet zijn (of om de beurt kort moet douchen). Wel is de prijskwaliteitsverhouding van het onderkomen acceptabel

Nice apartment hotel. Cleaned 1-2 times a week. Perfect location near busstop, supermarket and a few restaurants. Airport is 10 min away, easily accessed with the local bus. Would stay here again 👍

Belle hôtel avec bonne situation
Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. L'hôtel est situé proche de la mer accessible à pied (10min). Aucun problème pour trouver des restaurants, café ou supérette à proximité. La piscine de l'hôtel est de bonne taille et est entretenu tout les jours. Les appartements sont très propre et l'ensemble des ustensile sont présent (manque simplement 1 four mais cela n'est pas handicapant) En conclusion, très satisfait de l'hôtel !!

Apartment was basic, but fine, though single beds quite small. Nice terrace and pool. The wifi didn't work for the entire week I was there, Apartment serviced only once and no toiletries or towels provided. Overall reasonable value for money.

Nos dieron un apartamento pequeño y sin reformar, ventanas viejas de madera, TV enana, etc. Pedimos un cambio y nos dieron un apartamento más amplio, gran TV, ventanas PVC, frigorífico amplio y baño reformado con amplia ducha. En este apartamento todo bien. La limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas no lo avisan claro y estás un poco al aire

Estimado cliente, el apartamento que se les asignó en un primer momento es el que tenían reservado: apartamento reformado de un dormitorio según la tarifa que habían abonado. Debido a su insistencia y para evitar cualquier conflicto con usted la recepcionista se vió obligada a darle un apartamento de tarifa superior y de dos dormitorios. Por gentileza de nuestro personal se le dió un apartamento de tarifa muy superior a la que habían abonado: un apartamento de dos dormitorios. Saludos,

Nice base to visit La Palma
Welcoming staff at reception who gave us a guide map and gave up ideas of where to visit and to eat. The room was comfortable ans spacious benefiting from a fridge freezer , 2 hobs, microwave and toaster. There were plenty of items if you wished to self cater. There are 2 Hiperdino supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away . Free parking around the area was plentiful and some nice restaurants were to hand.

Good value
Close to restaurants, food store, and the ocean however the beach is a nice 10 min walk away. Easy parking on the street. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice apartments with most stuff you need for some basic cocking. Pool area was nice and quiet. We would stay there again.

Muy cómodo, bien situado, precioso entorno y muy bonitas las instalaciones, no es de lujo pero es como un paraíso en una preciosa isla encantadora. nos dieron facilidades para recoger las llaves y para la entrega, nos dejaron salir incluso después de la hora indicada u disfrutamos hasta el último momento del apartamento. excepcional el trato y la urbanización, muy cómoda la situación y muy tranquilo el entorno. volveré sin dudarlo

El apartamento no cubre mis espectativas.
Al entrar en el apartamento esperaba encontrar una habitación con una cama doble en lugar de dos individuales, además en el mobiliario y los terminados (pintura de ventanas, puertas, etc) estaban un poco deteriorados, tanto el televisor, como el microondas no funcionaban perfectamente ( el televisor lo arreglaron, pero al microondas no le funcionaba temporizador), en los utensilios de limpieza faltaba una bayeta para poder limpiar y/o aclarar las encimeras, la mesas, etc. Estaban reparando la piscina y finalizó justo el último día de nuestra estancia. Y, aunque se nos indicó que podíamos utilizar las instalaciones de un hotel adyacente, nos se nos informó debidamente cual era el protocolo a seguir para poder usos de las mismas.

More flexibilty, please
The hotel, garden and pool are well maintained, and there are good restaurants nearby. The rooms are basic: If you want a heater, toaster or kettle, you can hire them from the reception for a charge and a deposit. WiFi also costs extra but works ok. Two things made us unhappy. First, the staff hogged the laundry and kept us waiting for hours. Second, the reception opened late and closed early, and there was no provision for guests like us, whose plane left before 8.00 a.m. To get our deposit back for the heater, toaster and kettle, we had to hand them in before 6.00 p.m. the day before we left. This was not negotiable so we spent a cold night and had cold toast for breakfast - on top of cold treatment from the staff.

I never did stay here. the hotel cancelled my reservation 3 days prior to my arrival stating there was an "error" in their system and no rooms were available. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I stopped by here twice when i was there but the office was never open and was only opened a few hours a week if you were lucky enough to catch them. the place was a filthy dump

Misleading description
I chose Los Rosales from your website because it came up in a search for dog friendly hotels in La Palma, Canary Islands. Arriving at around 11pm I was told that dogs were not welcome on the complex, which left me seeking accommodation, with my elderly dog,at almost midnight. Not at all impressed with the attitude of the staff, who clearly couldn't care less. I was left to fumble about to find a note on the door with an after hours phone number, breaking my torch in the process - so not exactly quietly. When I rang the number eventually the young man emerged from an apartment right alongside. How could he not have heard my distress since the patio window was open? Some would say this is typical Canarian attitude. Since I've been traveling the other islands over the last 8 months I know this not to be true, but so long as there is attitude like this the myth of lack of service on these islands will take a long time to die. So, Expedia. I need a refund of the money I paid you + the €10 extra it cost me at the hotel I eventually found which I hadn't budgeted for + the cost of a broken torch. Do you have a claim form please? I appreciate this is not your fault, but you need to take this up with this client, as I have with you. Look forward to hearing from you a.s.a.p. OK so I had to add ratings for stuff I can't rate because I didn't get the opportunity to find out!
