'First, the beds had hair on them, and when you go into the bathroom, the shower glass was filthy; they must have never even wiped it down. I wanted to do laundry, but it just wouldn't work, and I told the staff to do something, but they never did anything and didn't even come to check on the problem. We had a problem with the key; my son dropped it on the edge of the elevator, and because of that, they made us pay 500 pesos, or else they wouldn't let us into the room you rented. And the security...
