We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Willy from the night crew was outstanding—very helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with a great attitude. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. 'Excellent hotel. A wonderful, spacious, and clean room with a great view. Very friendly and caring staff. The hotel buffet is the best we’ve experienced among all all-inclusive resorts.
The grounds are beautifully designed and very convenient — pools, bars, sun loungers, and walkways are all well organized. There is plenty of space, yet everything is within a short walking distance.
The hotel is adults-only, which allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay without noise or crowds. A lovely beach —...
