'My family and I stayed at Casa el Coyote for 9 nights over our spring break. We live in a large California city, so we were super excited for a remote vacation spot along the East Cape of Baja sur. Casa el Coyote was a wonderful home for my wife and I and our two teenagers, with everyone getting their own room. We loaded up on groceries before driving to the house and cooked 90% of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. There was even a tortilla press and I made tortillas for the first time...
