'My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). 'The hotel is very clean and well kept. The hosts are responsive and helpful. They arranged a pick up from the airport and stored our bags when we were away on the inka trail. The room had comfortable beds and a small kitchen with the basics. We were very comfortable there. I would recommend for any family travelling with kids. The location is great too. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. '

'The area was perfect - close to the main square and attractions but not right in the middle of all of the bustle. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and shabby. It was also frustrating that there was nothing in the kitchen--not even a pour-over or french press--for making coffee.'

'Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!'
