Puerto Naos has a beautiful, large sandy beach lined with palm trees, and the Miramar house is located right on the beach promenade. The Miramar Atico vacation rental is on the top floor of the 4-story apartment building.

Puerto Naos offers shopping, restaurants, and bars.
A few kilometers to the south lies another beautiful beach, Charco Verde, and a little further on, the romantic El Remo beckons with seafood restaurants perched on the cliffs by the sea.
From Puerto Naos, it’s about a 15-minute drive to Los Llanos, the largest town on the west side. Buses run every half hour.

PLEASE CHECK FOR UPDATES ON THE SITUATION IN PUERTO NAOS FOLLOWING THE VOLCANIC ERUPTION. Not all shops and restaurants have reopened yet, and there are a few special considerations: in most buildings, the elevators remain closed until further notice due to official regulations, and—since the town was uninhabited for three years—a great deal of renovation and construction work is currently underway. Depending on the apartment’s location, there may be small monitoring devices installed to measure CO2 levels. However, the levels have been completely normal for over a year; this is purely a safety precaution.



Miramar Atico:

The Miramar apartment is located on the 4th floor (the top floor, accessible by elevator) of the well-maintained Miramar building. The apartment is bright and airy and consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony terrace.

A breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchenette from the living area, which is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a sleeper sofa.

A large glass front with a sliding glass door offers an unobstructed view of the sea across the balcony terrace.

Both bedrooms each have two single beds and a built-in closet.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a microwave, and a large fridge-freezer combination.

The apartment is very well-maintained and simply but adequately furnished.

The large balcony terrace (13 square meters, with an awning) is furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol, and offers a spectacular view of the sea. In the evening, you can sit here with a nice glass of wine and watch the sun dip into the sea—accompanied by the steady, gentle sound of the waves…
