'I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable.
However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....
'Apartment very very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was great. Friendly staff. Had an allocated car parking space for hire car. Pool area clean and well maintained. Straight onto the beach area. Loved our stay here. Just for future reference they take a deposit (which is standard in Qatar) but asked for cash of any currency. We didn’t have the cash so they took deposit from a credit card and refunded it in Qatari riyal. Not a problem for us as we travel there frequently but just to be...
'I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.
