'They didnt had hot water for the showers, it was warm, but never got hot. They dont do room service, only if you stay more that 4 nights. I stayed 3 nights, so requested to have a room service after the 2nd night, they said just to come to the front desk that morning and request it. 'Pro: check in was super easy the lady at the desk was so kind so late at night. The breakfast was great, so many options and everything we had was fresh. We were exhausted and our children beyond past bedtime. Cons: our room smelled like the toilet had backed up if you get what I’m saying 💩 , the kids had already passed out on the bed before I came back from getting our suitcases. 'Fijn hotel om naar Shenandoah national park te gaan. Paar eetgelegenheden (chinees, Denny's en Mc donalds) op loopafstand en er zit ook een grote supermarkt op 2 minuten rijden. Toen we onze hotelkamer op kwamen was deze nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit hadden we gemeld en kregen 45 minuten later een andere kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Prima opgelost.'

'My family and I stayed here over Christmas week to visit family. Checking in and accessing the unit was super easy (though I wish the front door had a deadbolt)! The unit is on the right-side of the middle building and we found it easiest to access from the third lot up. 'Loved staying at Jennifer’s house in the middle of the woods at Bryce Resort. So close to nature with deers and chipmunks around in the area. The house is spacious for a family of 5 with three teenage kids. All facilities where available to use and communicating with Jennifer was easy. Would highly recommend this house if you want to relax in the nature and explore this part of Virginia'

'The refrigerator and freezer need a deep clean. Each shelf in the fridge was sticky and the bottom of the freezer was very dirty. The hot tub was clean.'
