'What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!'

'What a lovely little place , very clean and welcoming. Room was warm but a standing fan was in room. Self check in went very well. We arrive late at night but I had already got the details we needed by text message. Had a dog who settled very well for her 1st night away from home. 'This is not a complaint only things we found wrong was the wardrobe was covering the bathroom light switch, the kettle was to big to fit in the sink to fill up and the mirror was to high up on the wall we stayed in room 6'

The refreshments tray contains everything you need to make a lovely cuppa plus two bottles of water and biscuits, which were all very welcome. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and served the most delicious evening meal and breakfast. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. I would recommend the Craven Heifer Addingham. '
