Huisdiervriendelijke hotels in Louisa

"We are a couple and were making a road trip through several states and had booked a room for 2 nights. The room was so terrible tiny (have never seen this...) you could not even place the suitcases and there was absolutely no ventilation, window could not be opened. The bed was terribly small for 2 people to sleep. I did not sleep at all, having an awful next day. For breakfast there was no toast bread, only bagels already placed on the table the day before, we saw them, how can you accept this! So no fresh bread. We did not stay for the second night and the lady who received us was kind to say she would inquire if we could get a refund. Until today we have not heard anything from her. We are from Europe and have stayed in many many B&B's, this was the worst experience ever. Sad to say."
