Amazing Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property and our stay. It was perfect for our annual couples golf trip. Conveniently located in Louisville, for our commutes to restaurants and golf courses. Having an ensuite in every bedroom was perfect for us. There is comfortable lounge spaces upstairs and downstairs. The beds were comfy, everything was perfect. Kristen was excellent in communication. Again, perfect stay. I will definitily book this again for future travels!

Couples Bourbon trail getaway

My husband and I travelled with 3 other couples to Louisville for a bourbon trail tour getaway. The house was in a great location waking distance to restaurants, bars and bakeries. The airport was a short 15 min drive and the 2 areas we did the Bourbon trail were about an hour away . The house looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms with wnsuite bathrooms. All the couples had their own space and privacy. The multiple seating areas were great to gather around after busy days out on the Bourbon trail. The mango company was very accommodating and responsive to some minor issues. Such as changing lightbulbs and fixing TV issues. We all had a great time and loved the house as our home base for the trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

We read all of the reviews and thought this place would suit our group, 6 adults in their 40's for a quiet bourbon trail trip. We were wrong! On our second night we were awakened at MIDNIGHT by a male claiming to be the home owner pounding repeatedly on the door and demanding we leave immediately without any previous issue or communication from the property manager. We felt threatened and extremely unsafe so we called the police to file a report and to help escort us out of this house! This property also has multiple cameras to which the owner admitted to watching and listening to us during our stay. NO THANK YOU! We will NEVER be returning to this property and hopefully you won't either. We were then stuck finding 3 hotel rooms, one for each couple, at 2am, which was difficult, to say the least! Finally, the property manager was VERY unresponsive to VRBO customer service when attempting to get our refund for the time we did not stay. UNACCEPTABLE!!! VRBO was only able to obtain 50% refund. Do NOT stay here! Negative stars if I could.

Bourbon Trail Trip

Spacious and beautiful home nestled in the heart of restaurant row. Beautiful natural lighting, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, and open lounge spaces to read and relax. I went for my morning run right out the back door, straight down Alta Ave, and into Cherokee Park’s labyrinthine wooded trails. The best restaurants are right outside the front door and all within walking distance. Chef Lamas - Seviche is a must! We would stay here again. The Bonnycastle neighborhood is full of incredibly beautiful sights to behold.
