Buitengewone woning gelegen in het hart van de meest bewandelbare buurt van Louisville. Meer dan 4000 vierkante meter vers gerenoveerd ruimte met 5 slaapkamers en 5 prachtige nieuwe badkamers. Grote, net verbouwde, ultramoderne keuken, 50 "flatscreen televisies in elke slaapkamer met een 70" flatscreen in de woonkamer. Grote eetkamer stoelen 10. Aangebouwde garage met extra parkeergelegenheid op straat biedt plaats aan maximaal 4 auto's.
Geweldige restaurants, koffiebar, pubs, antiekwinkels, coole kledingwinkels en parken allemaal op korte loopafstand.

Plattegrond:
Op de eerste verdieping is er een afgesloten portiek, een grote inkomhal, woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken, complete badkamer, half bad, wasplaats, aangebouwde garage, parkeerplaats en achterporch.
Op de tweede verdieping zijn er drie grote slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Een badkamer bevindt zich in de hal, de tweede is een ensuite badkamer in de slaapkamer. Extra twin daybed is weggestopt in de hoek van de hal.
Op de derde verdieping is nog een gloednieuwe complete badkamer, een extra slaapkamer met kingsize bed en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden (met 2 eenpersoonsbedden).

Keuken - volledig uitgerust met couverts voor 12. Kwaliteits potten, pannen, messen en kookgereedschap. Kwaliteitsglaswerk voor 12 personen omvat champagnefluiten, rode wijn, witte wijn, ijsthee en longdrinkglazen. Bereik, vaatwasser, koelkast en magnetron zijn allemaal van hoge kwaliteit roestvrij staal. Granieten eiland biedt extra werkruimte en een plek om rond te hangen met de kok.
Lokaal gebrande hele bonen koffie, elektrische molen en druppel koffiezetapparaat voorzien.

Wasserij: Home heeft wasmachine, droger, strijkplank en strijkijzer. Wasmiddel en droger lakens voorzien.

Spacious and convenient home

This large home had plenty of space for my friends and I during our long weekend. We were celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything you need is in the home and I would highly recommend this place. A few minor things (did not diminish our experience but nice to have next time): instructions for the coffee grinder (hard to figure out), and add hooks in the bathroom for towels and other things. Thank you for a great stay. We had a blast in Louisville and loved the place!

Great location

Older home with everything you’d need. We had 5 people and weren't crowded at all. Walking distance to lots of cool places. On a busier street and dealt w some noise in the night because of that but overall would stay again.

This 1905 house was in excellent condition. We enjoyed sitting on the glassed in front porch and watching the traffic and people walk by. They did a very nice job with the remodeling of this house. The showers were nice and large. Found an excellent pizza place to eat that we could walk to and our kids enjoyed the breweries that were close to walk to.

Great House!

Came in town for bourbon trail. Great house and location. convenient to local restaurants and breweries. Plenty of room for everyone (4 couples). Very easy check-in and out process. Beds and linens very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for everyone! (I have stayed places where you had to time your showers) Towels were nice quality-not thin and worn out. Kitchen was well stocked. I would rent this house again on future trips!

Great Conference Experience

We brought a group of young adults to attend a conference in Downtown Louisville. This home provided a great place to relax and play games, make meals together, have great conversations about the conference and we all slept well. It was close to good restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the conference venue. We would book this home again.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

Booked this house as it was central to various family and friends there in town. The house was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and the area was great for walking. It held our small family of 10 very well, and our younger girls enjoyed staying on their own floor (the 3rd) as it had all they needed for the week. The owner was wonderful to deal with and was prompt at answering messages and emails. She even set up a Christmas tree for us. We did run into one small issue, but the homeowner took care of it immediately and the problem was solved. I would definitely come back if we needed a space for all 10 of us again.

Terrific Property Great Location

We rented this house so our family could attend my son’s graduation. It was just perfect! The home has been updated with new bathrooms and a kitchen. We had 7 adults in the house and there were ample supplies and facilities for all of us. The bathrooms were all immaculate and really nicely done. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The location is just off Baxter Ave on Broadway, centrally located, nothing is more than 15 minutes away. Deidre our host was perfect. Prompt instructions, it was very easy to check in and check out. There were chips and assorted snacks, coffee (loved the coffee grinder) and even extra refrigerators in the garage in case the group needed more room. I can’t say enough terrific things about the property or the host. This made our stay just perfect.

Great Getaway

WONDERFUL House with PERFECT Location

My family of 10 stayed at this beautiful house for a week. The second floor was my parents in the master with the attached bath, my sister and brother in law in a king and their teenage daughters in the 3rd king size room. Their family had the second full bath on the second floor. My family was in the 3 rd floor. My husband and I in the king room and teenage boys in the room with 2 twins. We also had our our full bath on the third floor. The bedding, linens and towels were top notch and all beds were very comfortable. It was HOT during our stay but the AC in the house worked perfectly. Even the 3rd floor was nice and cool with wall AC units in each room. The house location was PERFECT. We felt super safe and were waking distance to a ton of places to eat/drink. There were tornado warnings the day we arrived and the home owners actually called my cell to put my mind at ease. We’re from Upstate NY and hade NEVER experienced a tornado warning. I highly recommend this property!!
