Socialize in the evenings around the fire pit, in the private fully fenced back yard, or catch the game on a 65 inch 4K LED TV. Don't want to stay in? Walk or take a short Uber to places like Falls City Brewing, Guaca Mole or La Bodeguita De Mima! With 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, and two living spaces, this home provides room for everyone to relax and make memories!
The space
Walking in you will be impressed with the clean, simple, modern, remodeled space with all the amenities you need to relax and feel right at home! This shotgun style home was totally remodeled in 2017 and gives you nearly 1,730 square feet of space on three levels!

The main level has a living space, fully stocked kitchen, dining space, access to the back deck with a fire pit, a king bedroom as well as a full bathroom.
The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen sized bed as well as a modern desk and chair. There is also a full bathroom on the upper level.
This home has a fully finished basement which includes a large living space with a 65 inch TV. The basement level also has a full bathroom as well as an additional bedroom with a full sized bed.

Enjoy a good nights rest on comfortable mattresses with fresh linens and towels. Choose between soft or firm pillows or something in between!

This home can accommodate 10 people with the sleeping options listed below.
Bedroom #1 - King sized bed.
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, with a modern desk and chair.
Bedroom #3 - King bed.
Bedroom #4 - Full bed.
Additional sleeping options include a couch as well as a Luxury queen sized self inflating air-mattress, which fits nicely in the large living space on the lower level.

You will have the entire place to yourself. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with coffee and tea, a Keurig machine, cream and sugar, a full spice rack, salt/pepper and olive oil that will make it easy to whip up your favorite meals!

At the end of each stay, the home is professionally deep-cleaned, following “Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol”.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owner supply closet.
Other things to note
There is free street parking right in front of the home, which does not require a parking permit. If you don't want to drive once you arrive, it's super easy to Uber or use a Bird Scooter to access many of the attractions in the area. If you feel like more exercise, a 20- 30 minute walk will get you to most places you want to go!
