This 2nd floor canopy welcomes you to a tropical climate with hanging chairs, thicket walls and exotic bathrooms sure to impress any King of the Jungle. A full-sized watering hole (kitchen), bar top seating and an expansive living room makes entertaining is a breeze. Whether you’re a nocturnal creature, or just seeking hibernation, you’ll appreciate the 2 plush habitats furnished with memory foam beds for nesting. You’d be lion-to-yourself if you did not migrate your flock to come experience this wild expedition. Hurry up before your desired dates become extinct!

Guest Access:

***PARKING***
Parking is EXTREMELY limited given the dense urban environment - we recommend using a ride-share service or carpooling when feasible. Free parking is on a first-come basis and is available at the rear of the property, as well as the side of the property just off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is available as well on surrounding streets.

The Neighborhood:
Situated on Bardstown Road (voted “Louisville’s Best Street”) in The Highlands Historic District, you’ll have plenty of unique and iconic options to explore during your stay…no car required. The Highlands is extremely walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffeeshops, bookstores, breweries, and endless locally-owned places to find new treasures. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park designed by Fredrick Olmsted systems is home to 400+ acres of walking/running trails, vast green spaces and waterways to explore,

Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and popular “NuLu” where you can attend shows, sporting events, 4th Street Live! and walk across the Ohio River atop the pedestrian bridge to Indiana.

Bardstown Road is a lively street with walkability to many surrounding restaurants, coffeeshops, boutique shops, entertainment, and nightlife that can stay open til 2am.

NEAT Bourbon Bar is located at the front of the property - guests will have private, back-door access without ever having to step foot off the property. NEAT Bottle Shop has all essentials for sale – spirits/beer/wine/bourbon.
