✔ Hot tub must be covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature

✔ Although this is a duplex, the other unit is rarely rented since it does not have a formal living room.

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome dogs only for a $50 per night, per dog fee with a $200 minimum per dog (maximum 2 dogs under 60 pounds).

✔ Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house.
