Ultra luxe downtown 2 BR loft, ruim genoeg voor 5 volwassenen. Gelegen in het schilderachtige centrum van Shelbyville, KY, kunt u dit allemaal ervaren tijdens een bezoek aan: The Bourbon Trail, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, PGA of bruiloften of evenementen in de omgeving. Dicht bij coffeeshops, restaurants en bars direct in hetzelfde blok. Je kunt niet verkeerd gaan met deze unieke loft vanwege het decor en de nabijheid van alles.

Je wordt genesteld in het centrum van een kleine stad, maar zult het moeilijk vinden om te geloven dat je niet in een grote stad bent met de unieke stedelijke sfeer van Le Coop. De ruimte werd gebouwd in de late jaren 1800 en details van zijn geschiedenis kunnen worden verteld in de zichtbare spanten en baksteen en originele decoratieve open haard. De open concept-woonruimte is voorzien van een strakke eigentijdse keuken, voldoende luxe zitplaatsen voor een gesprek of televisie, eettafel voor zes personen en een schrijfbureau. Geniet van het uitzicht op Main Street vanuit de uitgestrekte ramen die langs de hele voorwand lopen. Geniet van de achterkant van het hok en geniet van het afgeschermde dakterras met plaats voor vier.

De Master Suite heeft een prachtig kingsize bed met elegant beddengoed en de eigen badkamer is voorzien van een betegelde douche en een apart bad.

De slaapkamer boven herbergt een queen-sized bed en gasten hebben een apart ligbad beneden met bad / douche combinatie.

A La Carte-opties beschikbaar, zoals privékok, personaliseer paardrijtochten en bourbontochten met chauffeur.

Great building and location

An incredible place with HUGE vaulted ceilings, amenities and location. It is in the heart of downtown with many antique stores, restaurants, bars, and other shopping venues. There was some miscommunication on arrival (our fault) and the host jumped into action to make sure we were accommodated. Can't say enough about the experience and will certainly book again if we visit the area. JG

Classy Loft on the Bourbon Trail

Very classy and fun location, one of a kind loft. Very clean, well stocked with amenities. Perfectly located on the Bourbon Trail near Bulleit, Evan Williams, Buffalo Trace, and Jeptha Creed. Small town but has everything you need. We will stay here again!

Gorgeous Loft

Absolutely gorgeous loft! Wow factor!!! Great location! There a few restaurants/brewery right on Main Street. And plenty in minutes of driving too. Many Bourbon Distilleries within 40 minutes in all directions. Perfect for our Bourbon Trail trip. The train does go by close to Main Street and you do hear the whistle at different times in the night. But it was not a problem for us. Loved this place and location!

We came to celebrate our spouses turning 50 and decided to stay in Shelbyville as it was a good halfway point to the bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. What a beautiful loft and within walking distance to eat and drink. We had the best time and really enjoyed the small town feel!

LeCoop Loft - Shelbyville, KY

This beautiful, chic loft has been transformed from an 1800s building, with original painted stamped concrete ceilings and exposed beams. It is quite spacious with a great vibe.The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hosts have selected luxury linens.The loft, located on Main Street in quaint Shelbyville, boasts wonderful restaurants and shops, and a very cool brewery called Last Stop, located directly across the street. We visited the Louisville Zoo, which was fantastic and Angel's Envy and Buffalo Trace distilleries.The hosts were available to us to ensure that our time there was exceptional.We had such an amazing time. Our only wish was that we were able to stay another day. :)

Fall football and Bourbon Trail

We loved our stay in Shelbyville! LeCoop was perfect for our group of four. LeCoop’s location in downtown Shelbyville is convenient to all the shops, restaurants, bakery, and bars downtown. Located halfway between Louisville and Lexington makes it easy to explore both cities. Very comfortable furnishings and beds! Well stocked kitchen! Ben and Melinda’s recommendations for food and drink were excellent and very appreciated!

Property is beautiful, management is lacking.

I want to start with the good. My wife and I have a special connection to this property. It’s the first place we stayed when we started dating and recently made it the place we stayed our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of a town I call home. It has everything you could really ask for in a place to stay. The master bedroom is especially nice. I hate beds that aren’t mine, but the master bed is incredible. I love this place in most ways. Now, the bad. The management was not communicative at all. They sent questions asking about check in time, what brought us to town, etc. when I responded asking for an early check in, I got no response. In fact, I wouldn’t get any other response from them until they were asking me if I wanted to pay 1/4 of the nightly rate nearly for a late check out. They also wanted to make it clear that there would be a fee for them to return anything left in the loft after checkout. In other words, there are no courtesies with the owners. There is no hospitality. This place holds a special place in mine and my wife’s heart, but the ownership makes this an unlikely rental for us in the future.

Awesome property!

We enjoyed our stay in Shelbyville. The loft is beautiful and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The town felt safe and there were walkable shops around. We had 2 adults and 2 teens. There was ple ty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.

Lovely Loft

We had a great stay at the beautiful Le Coop loft, it was conveniently located next to The Gatsby where our daughter’s wedding was held. It was very clean and accommodated all of us very comfortably.
