Gelegen in een veilige en rustige Crescent Hill op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels, parken en nog veel meer. 2 bed 1 badkamer met super size wasmachine en droger, mooie grote keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer. Buitengrill, 43 "4k-tv.
'The B' zoals we dat noemen, omdat de naam van de straat is gelegen is in een geweldige buurt. Het is veilig en rustig. De buurt heeft grote bomen, is geweldig om te wandelen, dicht bij lokale restaurants, parken, fietspaden en nog veel meer.

Wij zijn een hop overslaan en een sprong van de meeste snelwegen en hebben ook een goede verbinding 'back weg' door de wijken, zodat je overal in de stad snel kunt krijgen, zelfs als er verkeer.

De luchthaven ligt op 15 minuten afstand en het centrum is 5.

Restaurants, koffie / thee / ijs / dessert winkels zijn allemaal binnen een korte wandeling en worden gemengd met de lokale winkels.
Er is ook een goede nachtleven voor degenen die willen een beetje later uit te blijven.

We genieten van het leven in de buurt en u zult genieten van uw verblijf.

'The B' as we call it because of the name of the street it is located is in a great neighborhood. It's safe and quiet. The neighborhood has great trees, is great for walking, close local restaurants, parks, bike trails and more. We are a hop skip and a jump from most expressways and also have great 'back road' access through the neighborhoods so you can get anywhere in the city quickly even if there is traffic. The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown is 5. Restaurants, coffee/tea/ice cream/dessert shops are all within a short walk and are mixed in with local shops. There is also a good night life for those that want to stay out a little later. We enjoy the living in the neighborhood and you'll love your stay. The guest will have access to everything. We have complimentary coffee and tea. We have made some basic sundries available at cost... Bottled water, sodas, chips, popcorn, etc...

First of all, Chris was a fantastic host- very responsive and available for our needs. The apartment was perfect for us and in a great neighborhood (clean, safe, attractive). We walked to Eggs Over Frankfort for breakfast (highly recommend). There were other walkable shops and places to eat as well. Other restaurants we tried were Mojitos Cuban food and Hammerheads- both fantastic. We were only in town for two nights to visit my son but were able to squeeze in some great stuff- the Churchill Downs tour and museum, a distillery tour at Angel’s Envy Bourbon Distillery, visited Old Louisville, and walked along the riverfront in the evening when it was all lit up. Louisville was lovely and I can’t recommend this apartment enough! If I come back to Louisville, I’ll definitely stay here again!!

The location was perfect for our stay. The host was always available for any of our inquiries and great at giving suggestions of where to go and must do’s in Louisville. The rooms were clean and we had everything in the kitchen we needed. We had a 2nd floor apartment, so there are quite a few stairs to navigate, especially if you are older and have to carry up suitcases.

Perfect accommodation for our one night stay in Louisville for a concert. Our group consisted of two couples and our teen daughter. Chris met us upon arrival and gave us a run down on the property and offered local ideas for places to eat. The 24/7 Diner was perfect for our late dinner after the show. We found the beds very comfortable for all and the new couch was a nice surprise. The new patio was beautiful and the Halloween decor were top notch. I would definitely stay again! Owner just was really great in providing us all the information we would need to have a great time in the area. We took his advice and had some really great experiences. House was very beautiful and comfortable and just had great vibes! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk at all hours of the day or night and feel safe. Easy drive to mall and to downtown. Owner even had it decorated for the current holiday which was fabulous. Can't say enough good things about the owner, house, or neighborhood. If you want a quiet cozy beautiful getaway that's close to everything then this is the place to be!

Quiet location

We stayed for a weekend and was grateful for the quiet neighborhood. The entry access is keyless, which I find convenient.The unit is on the second floor of an older home. There are two bedrooms and one bath/shower. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a separate dining area. The wood floors shown in the pictures are now carpeted thru out the dinning, living and bedroom areas. The living room has a large smart TV and Chris has even set up some voice activated lights thru out the unit. He is a wonderful host to communicate with, quite helpful and assists with checking in. He currently has some construction projects happening in the front yard and sidewalk, which is a bit haphazard.
