We stayed in this condo for the Derby weekend. Our prices reflect derby demand…this was worth every penny! Excellent location to the urban bourbon trail, restaurants, and downtown sights! Located on the first floor, it offered super easy access for our party of 6. Everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was quiet…no street noise. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early so we didn’t have to juggle all our hats and derby attire for hours after our flight. We found hostesses gifts /treats waiting for us upon arrival—loved this! I would definitely stay here again!! It was a peaceful sanctuary away from all the crowds and chaos.

Perfect locations convenient to Rabbit Hole, Angels Envy, and even the farther Michters and Peerless were easily walkable. Great recommendations from the host for food and bar spots in town.
