This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into Citation, the Floor 1 Stakes Suite that lives the bourbon aging story. Named for the 1948 Triple Crown winner, Citation, the first racehorse to earn over a million dollars, a horse defined by patient, time-tested excellence, this suite captures the slow rhythm of bourbon's most important step: aging in oak. The palette is all greens, Tres Naturale, Honeydew, Pistachio, Kilkenny, Espalier, evoking the white oak forests of Kentucky, the rickhouses where bourbon sleeps for years, and the moss-stained limestone the water filters through. Original artwork tells the rickhouse story: barreling, charring, evaporation (the angel's share), thieving, cooperage, and the journey down Whiskey Row. Four bedrooms, six beds, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room, designed for 12 guests who want to slow down and savor.

6. The entire exterior of the property.



The ONLY place there are no cameras is inside the private suites. These shared spaces are not extensions of any private suite and carry no expectation of privacy at anytime. They function as communal/public spaces. All cameras are disclosed in compliance with OTA policy.

This urban courtyard has an industrial vibe, perfect for cocktail hours, casual gatherings, bourbon tastings, lawn games, and group photos under the Louisville sky.

Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
