RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. Clean and spacious

Nothing but good things to say. The airport was busy and we heard planes throughout the day and night, however, a few bourbons and you're gonna sleep right through it. Outdoor area was larger than expected and all had a comfy bed and clean bathroom. It was great for our group of 9 men.
