The Stockyards ~ New Construction!

Welcome to The Stockyards — where Texas roots meet Kentucky soul. Inspired by Fort Worth’s legendary Stockyards and Louisville’s historic Bourbon Stockyards, just a stone’s throw away, this bespoke retreat blends limestone, aged wood & curated taxidermy as a tribute to the land, livestock & legacy of both regions. Every inch was crafted as more than just a place to rest your head but to feel lived-in & storied. Kick off your boots, hang your hat & make yourself at home.

The Space

LEVEL 1
Step through the front door into an open concept living and dining area, designed for gathering, unwinding, and swapping stories from the bourbon trail. Two king bedrooms are tucked down the hall, along with a full and half bath for easy access. Behind the hidden sliding wall panel, you’ll uncover our signature game room—complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, dual 85" TVs, a beverage cooler, and luxury board games. Step outside to the firepit for late-night sips under the stars.

LEVEL 2
Upstairs, you’ll find not one but two spacious primary suites—each with their own en-suite bath—anchoring the front and back of the home. Between them, two additional bedrooms share a full bath, creating a perfectly balanced layout for groups and families. Every bedroom pays tribute to a unique spirit-producing region, with curated decor that reflects the character of each place—from the Highlands of Jalisco to Kentucky’s Bluegrass and beyond.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- KITCHEN: Ground coffee, assorted tea, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, olive oil. Please ask if there's any specific kitchenware needed for your stay, but we have a wide variety of essentials.
- BEDROOMS: Each room is equipped with a King size bed, ceiling fan, 55" or 65" TV, sound machine & 2 pillow types for a sleep tailored to you.
- TECH: Sound bar in the living room & game room + (1) 85" TV in the living room & (2) 85" TVs in the game room.
- BATHROOMS: Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion + makeup wipes.
- EXTRAS: Cooler + Pack & Play (both upon request)
- CIGARS: Two doors down is Kremer's Smoke Shoppe; they've been serving up great cigars, pipes and tobacco since 1914!
Guest access
Our home is accessible through the front and side doors, using an electronic keypad with a code. Parking is available behind our home on our private parking pad (can fit 4-5 cars depending on size!)or on the street in front.
Other things to note
We hope your stay is celebrating something very special, but celebrations must be kept to The Stockyards guests only.
