On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite and a bedroom with two single beds, supported by a service bathroom. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed en suite, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed en suite and an additional full bathroom. All bathrooms have modern showers.



The spacious living room offers a dining area, comfortable sofas and direct access to the outside and pool, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all essential utensils for short or extended stays.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

•Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security guard call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Failure to comply with check-out time, by default until 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
