Zeer slecht. Niet meer onderhouden. Geen aanrader.
Foto's van de accomodatie komen niet meer overeen met de huidige staat van het gebouw. Studio totaal niet onderhouden. We hebben zelf producten aangeschaft om alle plakkerige delen weg te krijgen. WC papier , vaatwas tabletten en grijze zakken hebben we na 1 dag mogen zelf kopen. Handdoeken werden niet ververst. Er stond een bad maar we konden er geen gebruik van maken om dat de afdichtichtingsstop er niet was. De douche houder ging aan het bad dus werd douchen ook moeilijk. Het bed was erbarmelijk. Het was een oude zetel die omgevormd was tot bed die volledig scheef en ingezakt was. De inkom en vooral de ramen waren al maanden niet meer gepoetst. We hadden een studio voor 3 personen maar we hadden zowel binnen als op de terras slechts 2 stoelen. Ook de stoelen waren in zeer slechte staat. Helemaal plakkerig en gescheurd. Dan zwijgen we nog maar van de staat van het zwembad en de communicatie. Kortom, het was gewoon heel slecht.

De prijs via expedia voor ons verblijf was zeer laag , we gaan hier reeds jaren en boeken altijd bij zenitude , we boeken steeds voor 6 personen. Bij aankomst werd ons duidelijk waarom de prijs zo laag was , de kamer was eentje voor 4 personen waar een extra zetel werd in gepropt met bed voor 2 personen waardoor dit een 6persoons kamer werd. Toch werden stoelen en het volume van het appartement niet aangepast , waardoor er geen ruimte is om degelijk te eten en plaats is voor de reiskoffers. We melden dit aan de receptie , maar bijbetalen voor een groter appartement was niet mogelijk omdat de kamers vastgelegd worden via expedia of andere bookings websides. Ook werd de kamer deze keer maar half gekuist .... confituur stond van de vorige nog in de frigo , onder beddes en zetel was de vloer nog vuil. Ramen waren nog afdrukken van vorige huurder te zien. We gaan hier reeds jaren maar dit jaar was een grote teleurstelling. We hadden ook een 2e appartement gehuurd voor de zelfde periode voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen , deze kamer was in volume groter dan die voor 6 personen, het leert ons om zeker te bellen naar residentie zenitude om onze wensen tijdig door te geven en te benadrukken dat het een ruime kamer dient te zijn.

Fijn appartementencomplex met zwembad
We zijn prettig ontvangen in dit complex. We kregen veel informatie over de stad Lourdes en de prachtige omgeving. Dit complex is erg rustig en op loopafstand van het centrum van Lourdes. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Helaas was het weer eind juli niet erg best, waardoor de kinderen soms vanwege noodweer het zwembad uit moesten rennen. Over de kwaliteit van de bedden was ik vooraf bezorgd, maar we hebben hier prima geslapen. Het was gemakkelijk om op dit complex een parkeerplaats te vinden.

Hotel is vlakbij een bakkerij op loopafstand van la Grotte is rustig Kun je makkelijk parkeren en gezellig. kinderen kunnen lekker zwemmen

slecht ik ben iedere dag aan de receptie wezen kla
het is een groot hotel waar maar een persoon alles moet regelen. Zij spreekt slecht verstaanbaar Engels.je moet een dag vooraf melden dat je ontbijt wilt, geen schone handdoeken ,geen schoonmaak,een rol toiletpapier tijdens verblijf.alleen slaap bank in de kamer.20cm hoog met oudere mensen die niet uit bed konden komen.Ik had duidelijk aan gegeven dat er 2 eenpersoons bedden zouden staan.geen douche alleen ligbad met 2dames van 71&78 jaar, ik 61 jaar en moest hun uit bed halen.dat kan toch niet waar zijn.dus nooit meer naar l,acasia

Eravamo in due, e ci siamo trovati egregiamente bene. Posto a 1 km circa dal santuario, il Residence risulta posto in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Grazioso e riscaldato il monolocale, dotato di cucina, utensili per cucinare, un frigorifero ed un forno a microonde. Disponibili e cordiali alla reception, sono stati prossimi alle nostre esigenze. Inoltre, a circa 200 mt dalla struttura, posto sulla strada in direzione del santuario, vi è un'ottima panetteria che offre panini imbottiti e colazioni ottimi ed a buon prezzo.

Everything was nice, the surrounding, the shared space outside, and the view. The room was clean and towels were in place. However the breakfast wasn’t satisfying, they had the minimum for a price of 12,99€/person, no vegetables or fruits were served and little to no variation of cheese and meat was served. They only had egg, bread, jam, cheese and small croissants which is disappointing for a four stars hotel. The staff were kind. I recommend this place except for the breakfast.

Bruyant mais confortable
La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservée Chambre très bruyante Rongeurs ou animaux dans les murs, réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits de coups et de grattages. Pas d'éponge pour nettoyer vaisselle et table. A part ça lit très confortable, salle de bain vaste et agréable. Personnel très aimable.

I learned my lesson for the last time about not checking to see the pool temperature … It was freezing! Also the pool closes at 7 PM every single night. The one thing that made my son and I an easy walk into our room was that the hallways are completely blacked out until you move and then a light comes on automatically. But it’s very eerie every time we have to walk to and from the elevator to our room. I will definitely stay in town closer next time, or wish I would’ve stayed at Ibis. The only reason why I didn’t was because these guys had a pool which I didn’t get to go into.

la résidence est calme et un peu en dehors du bruit de la ville de Lourdes, La piscine est propre mais les parties communes ne sont pas toujours nettes. Le confort des appartements est très bien spacieux et mobilier harmonieux. Chaque appartements disposent de balcons où terrasses. Il rest par endroit à refaire le ravalement

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sofabed was actually comfortable and the linens were very clean. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and spacious. There is a really nice bakery just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the main road. Delicious croissants and hot coffee! The hotel seems well designed and situated for people visiting the nearby downtown and Sanctuary of Our Lady which is just 15 minute walk away ... Lots of shopping and food. We really liked Casa Italia and Au Roi Albert for dinner. Would stay there again.

We arrived exhausted late at 9:30pm due to horrible Paris traffic. We did not understand the Zenitude email because it was in French so we’re surprised to be locked out.After trying the emergency number many time a Zenitude employee did not help. We were left stranded with no apologies or refund, just excuses! With the help of 5 Lourdes Good Samaritans we finally were helped by Hotel Raissy and Astrid who I highly recommend. Hotel Zenitude was cruel to us!!!!

Good morning,we had your reservation in ACACIA.we have sent you codes by mail with the contact you let on the reservation, you made.you did not let us any message because you called without the country code for france...so phone calls could not arrive.i had the emmergency phone with me, as i explained you, and somes guests phoned me during this night...so it was a problem with your phone.you had 3 nigths reserved and you did not came at the reception, to tell us something dring the 3 days.you prefered directly get in another hotel and you ask for a refound...you let us a bad commentary and you did note sleep in our establishment,the residence has booked the room, and everything was ok, it is not our fault, if you decided not coming during the stay.it never happens here with any guests,the mechancety is not the solution,best regards

Close to the Cathedral, can walk to there. Plenty of parking, clean bedroom, sturdy furniture, excellent mattress. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

It doesn’t take that long to walk to the Sanctuary from hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, specially during the off season. There is no line to compete to go to the grotto or fill the bottle with spring water. Good luck in the summer time. Always remember to spend time in adoration, located at the Crypt, behind the giant crown.

Good place to stay
Not too close to the Basilica but it’s ok for a bit of walk exercise 😁. Staff in the reception were friendly. The place is excellent to comfort.
