Allemaal op de begane grond: woonkamer / keuken. 1 dubbele slaapkamer (kan een tweeling zijn). Badkamer met douche en toilet .. Beide eigenschappen: elektrische kachels, elektriciteit, beddengoed en handdoeken inbegrepen. Freeview-tv. DVD en bibliotheek. CD. iPod dock. Elektrisch fornuis. Magnetron. Gedeelde wasruimte met wasmachine. Vaatwasser. Kleine gedeelde vriezer. Wifi. Omheinde tuin met gazon, terras en meubilair. Gedeelde 1 hectare aangelegde tuinen. Parkeren (2 auto's). Fietsen opslaan. Welkomstpakket. Niet roken.. Rustige omgeving met uitzicht op het platteland. Deze twee geschakelde vakantiehuisjes liggen aan de rand van de Lincolnshire Wolds en bieden beide een zeer goede accommodatie op slechts 6,5 km van het marktstadje Louth en 3,2 km van Cadwell Park. Gelegen op een rustige landweg met een eigen parkeerplaats en een afgesloten terrein, beide huisjes hebben uitzicht op open velden en vormen een ideale plek om weg te zijn van de drukte van het normale leven. Louth beschikt over een markt drie dagen per week, evenals een uitstekend aanbod van winkels en faciliteiten, waaronder een theater, recreatiecentrum en twee 18-holes golfbanen, beide binnen 4 mijl van de huisjes. Met aantrekkelijke wandelingen en fietsroutes rechtstreeks vanaf de voordeur, plus tal van interessante plekken in de omgeving, waaronder de gotische kerk van St. James, Lincolnshire Wolds Railway en het racecircuit Cadwell Park om er maar een paar te noemen. De zandstranden van Mablethorpe, 15 mijl, en Skegness, 21 mijl, bieden allebei een goed dagje uit. Winkel, pub en restaurant 3 mijl.

Beautiful peaceful location. I hired this on behalf of my father who prefers peace and quiet and being able to exercise his dog this was absolutely perfect! Really peaceful location wonderful access to a dog run superb little bungalow with everything you need including many many extras

Perfect location for a getaway, set in beautiful rolling hills with a wonderful outlook, especially if you enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset. The cottage felt clean and safe and was also very dog friendly. Great walks straight from cottage, as well as easy access to nearby places, including the coast. We found the cottage to be well laid out, well supplied with cooking utensils and equipment. Bed was enormous, in a generously sized bedroom. Enclosed, safe garden was a real bonus. Fabulous views very quiet.

Fabulous views very quiet. We could hear a pump at night presume the septic tank. A few better sharp knives would be appreciated, we did miss cushions in the lounge and 9.00 am was too early to leave. Understand the virus situation and would like to visit again thankyou. Clean and comfortable cottage -stayed during Covid pandemic and owners had clearly made a big effort to keep us safe. There was an issue with the electricity which was intermittent (had tripped when we arrived) and the owners were swift to address it but a few days later it was problematic again. Location wise it was a little further out of Louth than I had anticipated when booking but with a car it wasn’t a problem . Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The cottage was beautifully luxurious and clean, to hotel standards and I felt safe, even during this awful pandemic, with all of the extra precautions and extra cleaning in place. I've been on a few dog friendly holidays in Lincolnshire, over the years, but most do not have the right kind of outdoor space or safe enough/enclosed enough outside space for sighthounds to run off-lead - I really appreciated the properly enclosed paddock for Aramis to run around - I will definately recommend this to other sighthound owners/friends as we often have to look for accomodation where fences are high enough/secure enough etc. Chaplin was just right - remote enough to appreciate the stunning fields of gold all around and the skyscapes, but within 8 mins of shop to stock up on supplies. It was ideally situated to appreciate both coast and country, often travelling to 'Wollabank' and Hufftoft beach or market days where it was good to be able to by fresh local produce from markets again. It is so peaceful there, I really felt relaxed and arriving home now I can feel the difference from a much needed holiday. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Really enjoyed a weeks stay at cottage. It was clean and tidy with everything you needed. In a very peaceful location and private just what we wanted. Enclosed garden for dog. Not far to a lot of dog friendly beaches.
