This home is centrally located within Loveland and on the Front Range if you are passing through Loveland, visiting Estes Park, or just enjoying Colorado. Steps from Dutch Bros, and close to the lovely downtown area of Loveland with lots of shopping and dining. If you want to cook at home in the bright and spacious kitchen, Sprouts, Safeway and Natural Grocers are minutes away. This is a duplex, so if you are traveling with another family or need additional, yet separate space, this is a great solution! Constant us for details.
Pets: This unit is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced yard perfect for dogs. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the fee in included in your quote when selecting "yes" to pets. If you have more than one dog, please contact us.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the back and it is large enough to park a trailer, camper, or motorhome.

This charming home is over 100 years old but modern amenities abound. If you are traveling for work we provide a working space in the dining area with WiFi running 75 MBps. There is a full, spacious kitchen and eating area. Washer and dryer in unit. We provide a lot of board games, fun books, and a 58" smart TV for relaxing at home.
The space comfortably hosts 6 guests with a fold-out couch in the loft area for some extra sleeping space. Black-out curtains provide light-extinguishing sleeping environments and the loft has a noise machine as well.
Please note that this home is located off a busy street so the loft sleeping area located at the front of the home can be a little noisier than the back room.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.

This is a great property. The house is pet friendly. Could use a little TLC but nothing out of the ordinary for an older house. Everything worked as it should. The host was very welcoming and fast to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and cute house

The location of the house, between all of my family members, was perfect. The house was right on Lincoln Avenue, a very busy hiway through Loveland, which although convenient to family, didn’t make for a peaceful location. Once we were inside, we were happy- the house is well outfitted and very attractively decorated. If you mostly want a place to sleep, while doing other things all day, it worked out very well for us. I’m not sure I would recommend it if you have children, and are looking for a nice yard for them to play in. It is close to all the beautiful parks of Loveland though! The price was right, and the management company was responsive. I would probably stay again if I just needed a place to sleep while visiting my family.

Convenient location in Loveland

My friend and I were in Loveland for a canine scent work competition. This home was 6 minutes from the trial location. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. Host communication was awesome and check in/out was easy.

Great location!

We stayed here for a handful of days when we first moved to Loveland since our new home was in a fire evacuation area. The house is located in central Loveland and there’s a Dutch Bros coffee and fantastic Thai restaurant within a 1/2 block in either direction. The home itself is a bit DIY-updated but the beds and furniture are newer and comfortable and the kitchen and baths are well-stocked and clean. The backyard was great to hang with the dogs, though I wish it was a bit tidier and had some grass.

Due to a family funeral, my brother's family and my family rented both sides of this duplex for a weekend. It has its quirks, but was clean and confortable and several other family members were able to join us for dinner following the service. Thank you for accommodating us! accommodating that!

Great location

The house was nice and just the right size for 5. It was close to shopping and food. Communication with the host was very responsive. I think there should be more than one TV, especially with kids. Having one upstairs would be beneficial. I would’ve liked to sit outside, but it was too hot. A grill would be nice outside, but that may be a liability, I’m not sure. Overall nice house and great location

Perfect Spot

This is a beautiful home and property in such a charming little area of Loveland. It’s close to everything you could ever want or need for your stay. Great food options close, shopping, etc. the house is spotless and the attention to detail was evident. The hosts were extremely helpful and attentive anytime we had a question about Loveland or things to do in the area. I was surprised how close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park this location is too! Huge bonus! We will be back!
