Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen op 100 hectare

Huis heeft 3 slaapkamers met koning, koningin en twee eenpersoonsbedden. Whirlpool bad in meester bad. Groot uitgestrekt terras met prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang over de bergen en het open veld met dieren in het wild. House heeft een ontbijtruimte die opent naar het dek en de aangrenzende keuken en woonkamer. Eetkamer grenst ook aan de keuken en er kunnen maximaal 14 personen worden ondergebracht tussen de drie kamers om te dineren (meer indien van tevoren plannen zijn gemaakt). Keuken is volledig uitgerust. Familiekamer heeft een 65-inch 4K-televisie. Slaapkamer heeft zitplaatsen voor twee en grote televisie. High-speed internet is beschikbaar.
Locatie is in de buurt van 'Brew Ridge Trail' met tal van wijngaarden, distilleerderijen en brouwerijen in de buurt. Rockfish River ligt op slechts enkele minuten en de Blue Ridge Parkway, Crabtree Falls en andere wandel- en buitenlocaties liggen op een klein eindje rijden. Gemakkelijk pendelen naar Charlottesville, Waynesboro of Lynchburg voor UVA-evenementen, concerten, musea, historische rondleidingen en dineren.

Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Scenery and Stargazing

Our family greatly enjoyed the property and the area. The house is very clean and spacious. It is very quiet and within driving distance to a lot of fun sites. At night light pollution is minimal and the stars are very visible. I was easily able to do astrophotography in the backyard.

Breath Taking

Beautiful home that was stocked with everything necessary. We toured the local wineries n breweries in the area and this was such a lovely place to come back to at the end our days and relax. Love the hammock in the back yard and the beautiful view of wildlife on the large deck out back. So roomy, and very clean. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Excellent place but disappointed garage wasn’t cleared marked not available or Wouldn’t have stayed there. Motorcycle trip in mountains and had to leave bikes out in all weather. 5th year travelling and 1st year with issue. I will take blame not asking enough questions

This was a perfect house for three friends gathering for a weekend of golf, hiking, birdwatching, breweries and wineries. The house was super clean and spacious. We were in the area for UVA Graduation, so we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked at the house. It is a perfect place for a trip focused on the wine country south of Charlottesville, perhaps with a side trip to a Cavalier game of any variety.

Great Space & Great View

We stayed here for a little moms getaway weekend and really enjoyed the space. It’s remote but not at all far away from things. The view on the back deck was a wonderful way to eat in the morning and unwind at night. We saw some fun wildlife and even some shooting stars. During the day the house was right near two great smaller wineries with more gorgeous views. We really enjoyed our trip. The house was clean and well appointed, and there was plenty of space for our group. Thanks for letting us stay!

Picturesque Views - Immaculate Home

We had the best time at this tranquil property. From the moment we pulled onto the street and up the driveway, we knew we made the right choice. Stunning views from the deck of the mountains and amazing sunsets. The stars fill the entire night time sky. Pure peacefulness and quiet. The location was absolutely ideal for unwinding and recharging. We came to town to ride a hot air balloon out of Charlottesville, and the home was perfectly situated only a short drive away from our meeting place. Inside the home was clean, spotless really. The house easily accommodated the five of us with room to spare. The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculately cleaned. We felt safe. I’ve already been recommending this home to my friends who saw the views from the porch. 500%. Will stay here again for a longer period of time.

Enjoyed our stay this property. The house is well furnished and there are beautiful grounds. There is a big TV and the kitchen is very well stocked. The dining room was a good size for our group. One drawback was the water pressure in the kitchen was very poor.

Amazing spot

We enjoyed the incredible views and easy access to Charlottesville. We went tubing on the James river, hiking at Crabtree Falls, blueberry picking in Lovingston, wine tasting at Jefferson Vineyards and exploring a day in Charlottesville. Next time I go I want to spend more time enjoying that gorgeous view and exploring the property!!

Relaxing Home

Family has outgrown hotel rooms and needed a more space while visiting friends and family in the region. House provided that plus a lot of relaxation during a busy schedule. We used the home as "base camp" during a busy week, but we would have enjoyed spending more time there.
