'All good! People need to understand the ocean seaweed and smell is uncontrollable by the hotel. We lived that they had kayaks to take out, beach volleyball, hammocks and a kid playground; all that we adults could sit outside the room and supervise the kids. Also pool was nice and clean. Will be back and next time with the boat!'

'This place is in poor condition, pool water as well. Staff attempted to charge me early check in without making us aware. Checked in 30 min prior to their 3:00. Attendant at desk wasn’t informative at all and made us wait out in heat while room was already turned over by house keeping. STAY AWAY !'

'Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back'

'Onze kamer had aparte keuken met gasbuis, pompbak, goede ijskast/diepvries en vooral borden en bestek. De airco kon de warmte niet verwerken waardoor je niet kon slapen van de hitte. Dit was bijv in Key Largo geen probleem. De gasbbq zoals op de foto’s bestaan niet maar zijn vervangen door enkele houtskool exemplaren aan het strandgedeelte. Service is er niet (buiten inchecken), en als je ijsblokjes wil moet je betalen voor een zak (alleen tijdens de kantooruren dus). Je mag er ook niet zwemmen...

'We stayed in a cottage. The room was clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and the cabnets had plates, silverwear, pans, dish detergent. It had a full size refrigerator. There is a separate living room and kichenette from bedroom. The staff was very friendly. There was enough parking for everyone on the day we were there (June). We would definitely stay there again.'

'Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.'

'The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.'
