Church Road Retreats - The Cove

This is part of entire retreat sleeping up to 20 guests. Can be booked out as individual property or as part of a wider group stay. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Recently fully renovated and refurbished to an outstanding specification, with a hot tub and games room on site. Spacious and newly refurbished one bedroom apartment. Full brand new bathroom and brand new fully equipped kitchen. The bed is a zip and link bed so can be set up as a King size Bed or 2 single beds and it has a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep a further 2 guests.  Just a 3 minute walk to the dog friendly beach at Kessingland, Suffolk The properties have been fully renovated and furnished with luxury furnishings for a perfect getaway. There are two hot tubs shared between five properties at the retreat. You’ll be sent a booking link to reserve your slot. There are three bookable sessions per day: one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening. If fewer than five properties are booked at the same time, additional availability may be offered - Communal games room with Pool table, toys for children and a TV - Outside seating areas - One parking space available per property; an extra space for a second vehicle if booking the 3 bedroom house All check in instructions will be sent on the morning of arrival. Guests will be given two contact numbers to call if they need assistance during their stay.
