Oase van rust en service in Luang Prabang!
UItermatelijke vriendelijke staf, als te verwachten in Azie, ZEER service minded. Kleinschalige oud paleisje, excellente tuin, keuken en op korte loopafstand van centrum en bezienswaardigheden in LP. Wel wat duurder, maar geld zeker waard! Goede kamer, badkamer wat basic

We started our two week trip travelling through Lao, Cambodia, and Viet Nam at Angsana Maison Souvannaphoum and this is the hotel that gave us the most special memories. It was a little oasis at the end of a main street in Luang Prabang -- easy walking distance to temples, restaurants, markets, and the river, but was peaceful and beautiful. As far as we were concerned everything was perfect from the wonderful room with a generous balcony to the beautiful fabric artwork on the walls to the pool area sanctuary. Our highlights, though, were the staff -- so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgable -- and the restaurant where we ate every night because it felt like home. If it weren't a 20hour plane ride away, we'd visit more often.

A serene setting and great location
Beautiful and serene hotel in a quiet setting but just a 10-minute walk to the main part of town. Gorgeous guest rooms well-kept by an excellent cleaning staff. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The hotel staff is very welcoming. Daily breakfast buffet by the pool was always a treat.This is our third stay at this hotel and we will be back!

We have stayed here for three visits to Luang Prabang and would never stay anywhere else! The hotel is serene, welcoming, with a wonderful staff and fragrant gardens. It is only a pleasant 10-minute walk to the heart of Luang Prabang (or you could ride by tuk-tuk, since one always seems to be available outside the hotel). Very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the garden, lovely open-air dining and breakfast room by the pool.Everything on the property is kept spotless.

Nice time at a historical place.
Considering the difficult time with the Covid19 Pandemie around the world we were very positive surprised of the warming and charming welcoming received from the hotel staff at our arrival. The hotel summit a little feeling like life has been in the past during French Indochina times. The hotel personnel were very nice and always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a very pleasant time in Luang Prabang and the holtel. Looking forward to come back for a visit again.

We liked the traditional, classy building, in the middle of lush vegetation and the attention of the staff. The rooms are a little to small, there are no electric socker in the bathroom and the breakfast is somewhat poor ( exception the last of 3 days,when there were more options) for the daily rate payed.

This boutique hotel in French colonial style is a jewel. The staff make it a wonderful place to stay. They educated us on local traditions and were very helpful on a small but necessary medical matter.

Nice poolside and spa - cosy hotel
Walking distance from the night market and old town. The pool area is great. Pool is clean an it is next to the restaurant and a little pool bar. Treatments given in the spa had a high standard. Breakfast was nice and the selction was good. Not impressed by the lunch. Staff are friendly. Rooms are also nicely decorated and some have balconies/gardens. Size of the rooms differs a bit.

プチリゾートステイで満足
街のメイン通り(ナイトマーケット)から徒歩5分弱のところにあります。自転車を貸してもらえるので、ルアンパバーンの街を観光するときに便利でした。部屋は清潔に保たれていて、ターンダウンのサービスもあるのでいつでも快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫のドリンクも指定のものは宿泊費にコミコミなので遠慮なく利用でき、毎日補充されます。水も十分にいただけるので、街で購入することもありませんでした。小さいですが、落ち着けるプールもあり、のんびりもできました。また、ここの観光のメインでもある托鉢も体験もすることができました。スタッフの方は英語が全く問題ないので、コミュニケーションに困ることはないと思います。唯一、マイナスなのはレストランのラストオーダーが21時半なのに、その前に片付けが始まってしまっていて、21時に行ったとき肩身が狭く感じられてしまったことくらいです。

좋은 호텔!
거리는 적당히 괜찮았다. 여행자거리인 조마베이커리쪽에서 5분거리? 자전거도 무료로 빌려주고 객실상태가 굉장히 깔끔했다. 로비가 거의 없다싶히해 잠시 쉬고싶을때 쉴 수 있는 공간이 없었다. 수영장은 작지만 주변이 잘 가꿔져 있어 편히 쉴수있었다.

The hotel was really nice. The best part of the hotel was it's beautiful pool. The room was really clean and has good air conditioning. The hotel itself is within walking distance to the riverside and night market. I would highly recommend staying here.

A very stylish hotel close to sightseeings
Hotel location is well located (10 min walk from Luang Prabang main street and nice restaurants on Mekong River). Hotel itself is a typical "boutique hotel" setup in a former Laotian price house. Swimming pool is small but very elegant with hotel restaurant around it while garden is very well maintained both being very pleasant for having rest after visits. Room was large and very comfortable with an oversized bed. Balcony was large as well with a nice view on the swimming pool. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. WIFI did work well. Really nothing to complain about. By way of conclusion we will definitely come back!

Nice hotel on the edge of town
Nice property with a pool. Rooms were comfortable and free mini bar was a nice perk. The room and bathroom could use some freshening up. Breakfast was good, if food was kept warm, even better. Driver costs were on the high side but otherwise the concierge was helpful. Had a nice spa experience, the masseuse was sensitive to my comfort and was very capable for a deep massage.

We have also noted the feedback on toilet and sink in the bathroom, outsourcing driver and would like to apologize for that. We already briefed the transportation company and will ensure that they will be retrained their drivers; this goes not only to service standards but also to enhance language and communication skills. Hôtel proche centre ville avec piscine
Pendant le transfert aéroport/hôtel, que j’avais commandé par courriel,une employée de l’hôtel nous a fait la promotion des excusions et du dîner spectacle. Prix du transfert 12$. Moitié moins en ville. On a bien fait d’attendre, en ville, on trouve les mêmes programmes 2 à 3 fois moins cher. Arrivée à l’hôtel vers 16h, il a fallut attendre car la chambre n’était pas prête. (Heureusement que j’avais confirmé par courriel mon jour et heure d’arrivée.) Belle chambre,spacieuse, bien décoré mais vieillissante avec balcon donnant sur la piscine, bouilloire et de quoi se faire un thé ou café. Wifi à petit débit. Chambre dépourvue d’insonorisation, toile d’araignée au plafond, poussière dans les coins. À la piscine les serviettes sont bien usagées. Petite gentillesse de l’hôtel une petite brochette de fruits nous a été offerte au bord de la piscine. Petit déjeuner bien présenté mais moyen. La facture des suppléments (Taxi) est donnée la vieille du départ. Le souvenir que nous garderons de cet hôtel vient du personnel qui est souriant, agréable, attentionné.

Superb location!!
Good location as it is away from the busy street yet is within walking distance to all the places of interest. Super friendly hotel staff never fail to wow us with all the help they have been providing as we experience some hiccups on some of the day tour that we have booked prior to the trip. Very attentive staff and good massage environment. It was a total relax trip for us! Thanks so much for all the staff in this resort! Highly recommended!

Incredible service
First of all, let me address the fact that this is an older property, which has a few issues: 1. Water temperature in the shower could not be balanced out and fluctuated during the shower. 2. Wifi was not very strong and was dodgy at times. 3. Television channels cut out quite a bit. 4. Some parts of the building could use a bit of paint touch up. That said, the quality of the service and friendliness of the staff more than compensated for the above inconveniences. My wife and I were impressed with the staff's eagerness to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay: the waiter even made suggestions for a morning excursion and took time out to arrange a driver for us. They assisted us in every need that we mentioned, with genuine smiles on their faces. We ate at the hotel restaurant on three occasions and in every instance, the food was exceptional. We also enjoyed the spa services, finding friendly staff that listened to the pressure requests. All in all, this was an exceptional experience, and we will be happy to stay with them again next time we are in Luang Prabang.

Good location(3 minute walk to marketplace) Excellent facillity and staff members Would have been perfect if the pool opens a bit earlier.(opening hour 10-19) Possibly the best place to stay when travelling Luang Prabang.

서비스는 좋지만 좀 낡음
서비스는 꽤 훌륭했습니다. 레스토랑도 예약해주고 밴 예약등 우리가 요구한게 많았는데 다 잘 들어줬습니다. 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 쌀국수도 직접 끓여주고 주스 잼 밥 빵 다 맛있었습니다. 수영장도 좋고 마사지도 잘 받았습니다. 다만 룸 컨디션이 조금 안 좋더라고요. 좀 뭐랄까 시설 전반이 살짝 낡은 것 같았습니다. 특히 욕실은 물이 안빠져서 사람을 불렀는데도 해결이 안되더군요. 방에서 살짝 지린내도 났습니다. 그외에 하루에 몇 개씩 주는 무료 음료는 유용하게 이용했고 인테리어가 진짜 예뻐서 좋았습니다. 특히 정원이 예뻤어요. 전반적으로 서비스가 우리는 고급 호텔이라는 의식을 가지고 있었지만 시설이 살짝 따라와주지 못하는 느낌이었습니다.

-Great location--slightly further out from the night market area but absolutely walkable. -Staff is SUPER pleasant and friendly. But service/communication could definitely improves. Common bathroom amenities are not regularly refurnished during our 3-night stay which is strange for a hotel of this class. When we called the front desk to ask, the staff would be very attentive and seemingly understood our request but we ended up with a housekeeper knocking on our door and asking us to repeat the request (this happened every time we called down.) Similar situation at breakfast. We order 2 egg dishes (normal) with a specific notice that we are VERY tight on time. The staff seemingly understood to hurry our orders. Then only one egg order came and a different staff asked us to repeat the second order because the relayed instruction to the kitchen was not clear. All that with smiles!! So much for being in a hurry... -Our overall stay was pleasant, though we did not spend too much time at the hotel. But certainly the service is not 5 or even 4 stars. Great smiles are not equal to good service.

Muy buena opción para la relajación
Un establecimiento emblemático que si estuviera más remodelado, exteriormente, con una buena pintura, la imagen sería de sobresaliente. Las habitaciones estupendas al igual que el servicio de SPA. Quizá mejorar la variedad del desayuno. Mucha tranquilidad y se respira un gran aroma de realx. Personal muy amable, atentos y predispuestos en ayudar. Se agradece el buen nivel de inglés. El área de la piscina se quea un poco pequeña pero es confortable y se apremia el servico de bar/cockrails, etc... En definitiva, hotel muy recomendable.

Staff muuuuito bem preparada
Bem, a nossa estadia nesse hotel foi uma experiência!!!! Primeiro, o hotel e lindo, bem localizado, com jardim lindo, piscina linda, café da manhã ótimo, bicicletas free... Não jantamos nenhum dia no hotel, então não sabemos como e o jantar. Mas tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar de um serviço nada esperado que me faz elevar a nota desse hotel, a 10! Vou contar.... Estávamos eu e minha filha . Sofri um acidente de motobike, e eles me deram suporte como se fossem nossa familia..... Disponibilizaram simplesmente TUDO que podiam pra ajudar a resolver a situação .... Me acompanharam o tempo todo ao hospital do Laos, cuidaram do meu translado pra Bangkok onde iria ser Operada, ajudaram minha filha acionar o seguro e a conseguir e gerar as documentações necessárias.. Me acompanharam até a entrada no avião pra se certificarem que eu estaria bem.... De emocionar... Uma staff muito "gente" e muito preparada... Foi uma surpresa pra nós que achávamos que estaríamos sozinhas resolvendo tudo , num país diferente, só com hospital básico..... Enfim..... valeu estar hospedadas com eles, também por isso!
