Het is een prachtige locatie voor gasten opzoek naar rust en een natuurlijke omgeving. De kamers zijn zeer sfeervol in gericht, de bedden en beddengoed zijn top kwaliteit! Douche water werd niet snel warm. Ontbijt zalig. Kortom een aanrader.

Awesome stay in the pullman resort!
We had a wonderful stay in this amazing resort. The staff was so nice, the location is stunning, great views. The rooms are comfy and very luxurious, just what you want. Great bathroom, superb beds. All you wish for. The shuttle service is convenient, you need it, it is quite far of the center.

The property’s landscape is extremely beautiful and the stay is very comfortable . The rooms are spacious and very clean. Futhermore the services from all the staff there is exceptional and very helpful especially front desk receptionist ms velra . We would definitely choose to stay here if we visit luang prabang again.

Fantastic location, 5km out of Luang Prabang centre but the free shuttle service made it really easy! Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and they arranged all of our trips for us. Would definitely stay here again!!!

An amazing excellent hotel
One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in during our 40 years of travelling. There are rice fields and ponds in the hotel's area' lovely plantations and view. So quiet and tranquil. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room due to our anniversary. They also welcomed us with cakes, fruits and flowers. The staff was helpful and their service was amazing.

Very spacious property although if you come in end of Jan or early Feb, local farmers might be burning their land to prepare for the next harvest and it could get smoggy, not the fault of the property though.

Far location from center. No Enough much hot water, not stable wifi condition. Staff also not correct and careful. I booked 2 rooms but they didn’t confirm how many rooms and gave me only one room at first. They charged transportation fee which we didn’t use. The worst was house keeping. They didn’t clean espresso coffee next day. I really disappointed this hotel and think nothing worse for 250usd/nigt. I really want to refund.

시내에서 셔틀로 10분 거리에 위치해 있어서 다니기는 수월한 편이에요 수영장도 넓고 관리 잘되있구요 1월 날씨는 오전과 4시 이후 오후는 추워서 수영 못해요 조식도 다양하진 않지만 맛이 좋구요 단점은 프리미엄 디럭스 룸에 묵었는데 따뜻한 물이 제대로 안나와요 샤워실 물도 쫄쫄 나와서 샤워하기 힘들었네요 체크아웃하는 직원이 똘똘치 못해서 다파짓 요금 해결을 못해 30분이나 걸렸어요 다음에 가면 시내에 있는 호텔에 묵을 생각이에요

Leisurely stay
Room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing view out to the rice paddies and mountains. Pools were spacious and well kept. Service was a bit lacking at the poolside bar, but otherwise fine. Breakfast bar selection was somewhst limited but adequate for the price range. Resort is overall spacious without being gigantic and hits a nice balance.

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews and paucity of alternatives in the town. It's a nice enough property for conventions or large groups, but for us and the other couple we were traveling with, it was too far from town - despite available free shuttles. The dining room was expensive for Laos ($12 for a nice buffet breakfast ). The rooms are quite beautiful, but the light switches are tough to figure out - we never really did over a 4 night stay - and the storage is a little funky. The staff is vey friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Thoney and Mr. Mook, but we heard "2 for 1 massage" at the Spa (which is lovely and staffed by capable masseuses) only to find later that there was no such generic deal. The manager ended up giving us a 25% discount, but I paid more here than anywhere else in SE Asia even after the discount.

Setting worth being out of town
Beautiful setting. Willing staff but relatively low levels of comprehension. To be fair, this is Laos and anyway so much else at the hotel makes up for this. Breakfast and restaurant food are fine but nothing special. Room rates are very fair compared to equivalent hotels in town and I would be happy to pay +10-20% for enhanced breakfast offering and food at the restaurant. Not for you if being in town important but it’s an easy ride in and out and you get a serene environment you cannot get in town even at the smartest hotels at x2+ the price.
