โญโญ Overpriced and poor value for the service provided
I stayed 5 nights and paid $518.95 total (about $104 per night). At this price, I expected basic comfort and functionality. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, and this hotel is significantly overpriced.
Key issues:
โข The air conditioner only provided cooling, with no heating, despite dropping temperatures.
โข A portable heater was provided only on the last day, after I explicitly requested it. By then, I had already caught a cold.
โข Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, and cellular service was extremely poor.
โข Communication via WhatsApp was ineffective.
โข The room telephone was difficult to use, with no instructions.
โข When I requested 4:00 pm room cleaning, housekeeping repeatedly arrived 10โ15 minutes early, causing inconvenience.
โข Breakfast was mediocre.
โข My door was locked from the inside by the door bolt, and staff handled the situation unprofessionally by entering a neighboring room.
โข Toilet paper and basic amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, hair dryer) were very low quality.
โข The lobby restroom was dirty, and a broken exterior light outside my room was never fixed.
โข No microwave was available.
City context: The city is over-marketed and lacks basic infrastructure. Roads are poor, internet and cellular service are unreliable.
The only positive was that the hotel waived a small laundry fee.
Overall, this feels like a $40โ50/night hotel, not $100+. I would not recommend.
