The space
The house has vinyl plank floors in all areas of the home. The kitchen has newer appliances and is fully equipped for any cooking you may want to do during your stay. Additionally, a newer HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available.
AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
PARKING: Available in the driveway in front of the house.
WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.
WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience. Outages may occur due to the service provider, which is out of our control.
TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Note: Viewing may require logging in with your own account information.

Guest access
As my guest, you have access to all areas of the home! Please note that the backyard is shared - please be mindful of guests in Unit A that may also have pets. You should not leave your pet(s) unattended at any time. Thank you.

⋇Please enter the exact number of guests for your reservation - we expect each guest to be honest and abide by our House Rules (see below).
⋇For check out, you must take out your own trash and wash and put away any dishes you used during your stay. You can purchase and bring throw-away paper goods/utensils if you don't want to wash dishes.
