Welcome to The Cozy Modern in Lubbock! Primerose Pointe is a family friendly neighborhood in the southwest side of Lubbock. Located just off the Marsha Sharp Fwy and Spur 327, you will have quick access to any destination in Lubbock. Just minutes from the house dozens of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Oakridge Elementary is a few blocks from the house and has a spacious playground. Texas Tech is just a few miles down the Marsha Sharp Fwy from the house.

This house was perfect and very clean. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We were in town for a funeral, so we didn't do any cooking, but the house was stocked with all the things if we had wanted to do so. I loved the coffee pot setup and happy I didn't have to make a special trip to the grocery store; I must have my morning cup of joe. Communicating with Trent was so easy, he was fast to respond. When I'm back in Lubbock I would definitely stay here again!

Short work trip

Everything about the process was smooth and easy. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The only negative I can give is the shower heads, but I know it is because of the extra hard water. It is just hard when the spray is going all over the place, but the water pressure and temp range was nice. The cleanliness was good, furniture comfortable and location of the place was very convenient. I will book here again for my next trip if it is available.
