'Patrick's place was a perfect place fot us to stay. It was convenient to see the sunrise, next to a friendly terrific bar, great restaurant and very easy access to Campobello, FDR's summer home. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and helpful. Patrick was a great host - coffee was ready for our 5 am jaunt t see the sunrise and there was fruit readily available. It was clean, lively sheets and pillows, and cant recommend it enough for couples.'

'Excellent property, incredible views, nice decks to relax on, and just a beautiful surrounding! We had everything we needed! Close to Quoddy Head, lots of hiking, we even drove out to the sand bar at low tide to watch people clamming! Bed was so comfortable, overall 5 stars and we would rent again! Thank you, Catherine for the lovely gift bag full of Maine goodies, and the special touches throughout the home. '

'small but very cozy. we greatly appreciated all the little touches in decor, snacks, games, beautiful landscaping, etc. hosts responsive and helpful. beach is beautiful and peaceful. we had a goldfinch friend who visited us every night by the fire pit. '

'Hosts were great people, easily accessible and knowledgeable of the local area. Check-in was a breeze. The cottage had all new kitchen appliances and TV while maintaining its original classic Maine cottage character. The property was expansive with wonderful views of the marshland, tidal river and ocean. Easily accessible to downtown Lubec, West Quoddy Light and Park, and the many trails of the Cobscook properties. We highly recommend staying here.'

'Great communication with Geno. Perfect location within walking distance to coffee shop and brewery. Very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and great to have the washer and dryer. Beautiful view from deck. Easy access to all hiking trails in Lubec, Cutler, and Campobello Island. Lubec is a special place and i would highly recommend this apartment. '
