Goede prijs/kwaliteit
Het hotel ligt vrij ver van het centrum van Lucca en zonder auto geraak je hier moeilijk. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en het ontbijt is in orde, echte espresso alleen te verkrijgen tegen extra betaling. Het grote pluspunt is het zwembad waar je enkele uren voor en na je boeking probleemloos terechtkan. Het sanitair is wat verouderd maar de algemene netheid viel goed mee.

A third-class hotel
A third-class hotel. The room we had no window to the outside, the pool area is photoshopped. No wi-fi in the room. The entire interior was made back in the 90´s or even 80´s.....Breakfast - not to mention. Overall a bad experience.

Belle chambre familiale. Peu de nuisances. Petit déjeuner continental classique, il manque cependant de variété. Accueil très agréable et personnel à l'écoute. Environnement amélioré avec le coin piscine, un plus!

Confortável e simpático
O hotel está a cerca de 10 minutos de carro do centro de Lucca, e conta com estacionamento gratuito. O quarto é confortável, com varanda, o chuveiro é fantástico e o café da manhã, simples. Jantamos na noite anterior no hotel (menu com primeiro e segundo pratos, sobremesa e bebida) por 20 euros por pessoa e a comida estava deliciosa, especialmente o ravioli e o linguini. Destaque para o excelente atendimento dos funcionários. O único ponto negativo ficou para o preço: reservei com mais de três meses de antecedência, mas simulando no dia da chegada o preço estava 20% inferior ao que paguei inicialmente, mesmo com o hotel quase lotado devido a uma excursão.

Breakfast was an issue because bus tourist ate everything in site and nothing was left. Tub was difficult for shower but room and bed were fine

The reception wanted to keep our passports overnight, I said no and she copied them and gave them to me. The wifi didn't work in the room. She said that since I was on vacation it was of little importance. The coffee maker at breakfast didn't work so we went to the bar for coffee. She said the bar coffee was better so I should be silent.

Lovely staff and great pool.
We sadly only stayed 1 night here as we were on route to Umbria. Such friendly staff and a great pool for the boys! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Despite being on the periphery of Lucca it was perfect for a quick breather. The staff made the hotel even better as they were really friendly and welcoming. There is a good, well priced restaurant attached to the hotel where we are well and without spending vast sums. Well worth a visit!

The website does not make clear that neither the swimming pool nor the air conditioning are available until June at the earliest making for a very uncomfortable stay in May when the rooms are too hot to sleep.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was hot even with the A/C on and the bead was really hard. Restaurant next to hotel was amazing and where we took a cooking class. Staff was friendly.

Reasonable and Good Value for the Money.
If you like staying in a countryside atmosphere, this is a very nice choice. It's fairly close to Lucca and it's very reasonable. The rooms are a bit dated, but have everything you need. It's not a luxury place, but good value for the money.

Perfeito para o que eu precisava.

Vi valde detta boende för närheten till Pisa airport på väg hem. Höjdpunkten var mottagandet av en supertrevlig receptionist, men efter incheckning var hotellet obemannat. Rummet litet och uteplatsen fick oss att känna oss som intagna på ett fängelse med en minimal rastgård med tre meter höga väggar och man kunde därmed endast se himlen. Frukost ganska tråkig. Allmänna utrymmen och Wifi bra.

Confortable, calme et d'une architecture moderne
Tres apprécié pour le seule nuit que nous y passions non seulement pour l'esthétique des lieux, le confort des chambres et le service mais de très bon niveau pour la qualité de son restaurant gastronomique.
