'The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Spa & Resort is located on the water and the area is absolutely beautiful; unfortunately, many staff members were not friendly or helpful. 'The vacation experience was wonderful - good food, friendly staff and overall good service. The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! We couldn‘t eat the food, it was like they took frozen food and dropped it in the air-fryer and served it. Don‘t recommend eating there. Otherwise, the other restaurants, Mo-Bay, Blue Lagoon & Poseidon had good food, variety of choices and we stuck with those. Had I stayed longer I...

'Princess Grand Jamaica was a beautiful resort! So many amenities. Plenty of activities by the main pool ( by the swim-up bar). The staff was friendly. At the ocean you need water shoes, it’s very Stoney since a man-made ocean. The food was good.. plenty of options. Out of the 4 restaurants they offer… the Mexican was the best, then the Italian. ONLY complaint was the service throughout the food area was very slow. Great experience with the family!!'
