The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! 'The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Spa & Resort is located on the water and the area is absolutely beautiful; unfortunately, many staff members were not friendly or helpful. We stayed in a Villa Suite. Were do I start: the bed was very creaky, the entire Villa Suite floor was not clean, bathroom somewhat clean, there was an ant problem; I called twice requested for someone to spray for the ant problem. 'Princess Grand Jamaica was a beautiful resort! So many amenities. Plenty of activities by the main pool ( by the swim-up bar). The staff was friendly. At the ocean you need water shoes, it’s very Stoney since a man-made ocean. The food was good.. plenty of options. Out of the 4 restaurants they offer… the Mexican was the best, then the Italian. ONLY complaint was the service throughout the food area was very slow. Great experience with the family!!'
